Nice place to stay. Nice kitchen well equipped with pots and pans and everything you need for preparing meals. Nice and clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

This is a wonderful house with plenty of space and an extremely well stocked pantry (thank you especially for the tea)! It was clean and comfortable and has easy access to great hikes, shopping and dinning. Our host Jimmy was responsive and accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our first day with beautiful views overlooking the Orland River. Period we spent pleasurable mornings and evenings on the deck between the river and the peak autumn foliage. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen; the beds were comfortable and the ambiance was cozy and rustic. It is within an hour drive to Acadia, or Belfast. Lots to do, especially if you’re a nature lover. Another plus was how friendly, responsive, and proactive Matthew was. It was a pleasure having him as our host. Hope to come again.

Annie's place is a clean, well kept older home. We really appreciated her accommodating our early check in, so we could be on time for our tour. The home is well stocked with linens and towels and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown with delicious restaurants and shops. Our family was happy to each have a bedroom to sleep comfortably, and having air conditioning as an amenity was very helpful in our decision to stay here. Thank you Annie for your suggestions and hospitality for our stay in Rockland :)

Just as described! Very clean. Far enough to feel private but still close to grocery stores, shops, and nearby towns! Lisa is great at communicating and it was a seamless process! Had a wonderful new year’s getaway!

Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

Awesome stay. Owner was very friendly. House was set up great and was very clean, organized and stocked well with essentials. She even left us some fresh goodies from a local bakery. We will be back for another stay in the future.

My kids and I had an amazing time during our Labor Day weekend stay. The neighbors were so friendly and nice. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A market nearby for quick things. Beautiful area, access to water was great. We even got to enjoy the Harmony Free Fair and fireworks! Great weekend thank you!

Thank you for the absolutely beautiful home to stay in ajd fabulous, clear directions. Everything went smoothly and your attention to detail was perfect! The entire home was clean, gorgeous, and amenities were exactly what we were looking for! the hot tub was fantastic and what my husband needed for his back as he sometimes has some back issues. The availability of your paddle boat helped my son and his friend save their volleyball when it rolled out to the water! They had a great time! We would love to stay again!! Thank you so much!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This was our second stay with Devon and as usual it did not disappoint! It is exactly what we needed for a quiet getaway. It is very serene with sounds of the Loons echoing across the lake. Did not see a car or person in 4 days which was great. Devon was always in touch if needed and accommodating. Great kitchen with everything needed for a snack or a full meal. A very relaxing stay!
