Loft has private full bath, tub/shower, and queen bed and also a WiFi TV. Downstairs bedroom has private bathroom and shower, full size bed and screened patio access to secluded fenced backyard. (no TV) Full-sized air bed mattress and battery operated pump are available for additional bed space. Full appliances and laundry are inside the home.

Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier with restaurants and a beautiful ocean view. Short drive to Space center and the Port with a ton of places to eat. The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. No worries about beach parking . 2 adults 2 children or 3 adults

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
