Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cape Canaveral

The house was a great place to call home for Spring Break. We were in contact with Melissa and she was proactive in communication and very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed it everyday. And the location is one of the best parts in terms of having access to the beach. And Stephen provides everything you will need (toys, body boards, chairs, umbrella, tent, coolers) for a great day at the beach and a cart to help transport. We will definitely look to stay again.

Pam was a great host and the house exceeded our expectations. The views were great and the house had more character and charm than your typical air bnb. I immediately felt like I was on vacation when I walked in the house and I live only a few miles away.

We had a wonderful stay--you can't beat the location of this house! Having the beach so close was amazing, and we loved the rooftop deck with partial ocean view and the beautiful pool area in the backyard. We also liked how walkable the neighborhood is, with nice wide sidewalks that make it easy to share with all the folks out enjoying the sunshine. It was the perfect relaxing beach vacation!

We felt like home and special thanks to Scott for being very prompt on every question we have. Great place. Great amenities. Definitely recommend.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

Nice place, good for kids for sure. Liked the room layout and proximity to beach.

Stayed 29 nights at Linda’s for work. Beach was beautiful and convenient. AC blows cold. No dishwasher unfortunately but that was ok. Beach amenities were a nice touch (towels, cooler, chair etc)

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Beautiful home , gorgeous views. Was only there for one night with our family for a nearby wedding. wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy all the house had to offer.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

Rebecca's place was perfect for what we needed. stayed for the weekend while setup for a show with our food truck. Best part was location with her place being right across from the park the show was held at. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

The pool was great, even though the weather wasn’t optimal during our stay. Gloria offered pool noodles and floaties for children as well as high chairs and other amenities for children. The neighborhood was nice with the Indian River Lagoon just an easy 1/4 mile (or less) walk from the house. Washer and dryer made it easy to clean up and re-pack our suitcases for the remainder of our vacation.

Just a wonderful home. The hosts, Michael and Anita have down an amazing job with the renovation. The home is beautiful inside and has gorgeous landscaping. I was so impressed with the amount of towels, sheets even coffee cups this home has. The location was perfect and less than 10 min drive time to the beach. Anita, you have thought of everything and we felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave! We couldn't recommend this home enough! Thank you Michael and Anita

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

Steven’s listing surpassed all our expectations for our work and leisure trip. Definitely will book again in the near future for personal and such a close listing to the beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and toys. The garden was a real gem, where you can just relax for the entire day, because it’s so inviting and provides perfect shade. Location was great with just a short walk to the beach. Robyn was amazing with communication, recommendations and extra accommodation. We’d love to stay here again.

We felt right at home staying at Rena's! Home is well stocked with everything you need for a week's stay! Lots of games and puzzles. We enjoyed morning coffee & evening time in the large screened-in porch. Beds are comfortable and home is in a very quiet location. Rena is quick to respond and a very understanding host when contacted. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend!
