Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

David was a great host and very responsive! He truly made my visit much smoother and more comfortable, definitely recommend! Thank you again.

We loved our stay at Eryka’s place!! The neighborhood was so beautiful/peaceful. I loved the short walk to the beach!! The Airbnb was fully stocked and so comfortable! We felt right at home!! The wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were a HUGE plus!! We didn’t know how much that wagon would save us on the walk!! Beautifully decorated as well! Highly recommend!!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach and the unit at Spanish Main. It was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 small children. The location was great being on the ground level and right next to the pool. So nice to sit on the patio and look at the ocean! The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was equipped with all the necessities including beach toys and chairs. We were able to walk to many restaurants and it was just a short drive to the pier. We hope to be back sometime soon!

My family and I enjoyed Emma's condo! It was clean, spacious and we felt right at home. She was easy to work as well. Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and Cocoa Beach Pier. The pool was a plus with having kids. Lots of beach items and home items to use. We would definitely book again here. We love Cocoa Beach!

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.

This condo was just what we needed to unwind at the beach! The view is unparalleled and having a washer and dryer was a game-changer with kids on the trip. Would highly recommend this property!

Very enjoyable stay on Florida's Space Coast. The location was great -- Rocket launch, Cruise Ships, Beach and who knew Port Canaveral was such a cool vibe? This stay is a no-brainer.

Suzys location was amazing! House was very clean and location was perfect. My kids loved the beach and the pool. Suzy was very responsive to all my messages in a quick manner. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ocean views with large balconies and plenty of space! Bonus-the parking is under the units, so your vehicle stays nice and cool. Within walking distance to the Fat Donkey (the best ice cream in the area!) We would definitely stay here again.

Arielle’s place was a perfect, quiet beach escape. The location/complex in Cape Canaveral was by far the best on the beach, with the most updated exterior. Such a safe and quiet area. Arielle was SO responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The condo was simple, well decorated and very clean. I can’t recommend this spot enough — the beach access and beach itself were pure bliss! Just show up with minimal, the rest is there. Thank you, Arielle. I look forward to visiting again. My kids would absolutely love this beach condo so we will be back!

A charming, clean, well decorated and very cosy townhouse with all the amenities and more. We loved the location, the complex's swimming pool, gym and sauna. The beach chairs and mats were very handy when we went to the beach. We loved enjoying coffee on the relaxing patio right in front of the charming marina. Very convenient for a family! Amazing host! A very comfortable and secure location. Convenient location to the beach, restaurants,grocery stores and department stores. And most of these are within walking distance! The pool area is great! Lots of chairs to choose from.Some in the sun and some in the shade. The unit itself is a perfect size for 2 people. It has a balcony that we sat on many mornings and at the end of most days. It does face EauGallie Blvd. so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We needed to keep the slider shut most nights as we watched TV. But the palm trees in front of the balcony offer some privacy and a small buffer to the noise. We were long-term renters and did quite a bit of cooking. While the kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils, there were a few we needed to purchase. A corkscrew, a can opener, a measuring cup and a large pot ( for making spagetti sauce or a stew). It was so nice to have a washer and drier in the unit! This was a big plus for us! All in all, our stay at Jital's was great!

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

A girlfriend and i traveled to Cocoa Beach for a short girls weekend. The condo is small, but perfect for us, was very clean and has everything you would need. The condo is literally steps from Cocoa Beach, which is clean and so cool to watch the cruise ships come in and out. The weather was perfect and the water was nice and warm. We even got to see space X rocket launch right from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Tim's place. Great location, right on the beach, and lots of restaurant/bar choices within walking distance. Unit itself was great, overlooking the heated pool (very comfortable). Updated with plenty of room for my wife, 21 year old twin boys, and me. About a 30 second walk to the beach, with a newly rebuilt boardwalk. We loved our stay, and highly recommend everything about this experience! Thanks, Tim!

Location, location, location. This unit property offers wonderful views of the ocean. It was also very clean with a new kitchen. The hosts were quick to respond for any questions throughout the process.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was easy to get in and out and it was very spacious. Loved being right at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it.
