Very well located condominium, close to the center and the beach, with excellent infrastructure (swimming pools, fitness center, restaurant, as well as beach chair and umbrella service for the beach). We really enjoyed it and intend to return!

A divine apartment, very well-equipped to spend a few incredible days. It had everything you need for cooking, in the bathroom, in the bedroom, and to go to the beach. We loved it, we'll be back. They let us check in 2 hours earlier, we had been traveling for 14 hours. Communication was always very prompt and friendly.

We had a great time at Daiane's apartment! Everything was impeccable, as described in the listing. Cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed and sofa and everything clean and organized. The loft has a great location and an amazing view. For those looking to rest and enjoy the Guarita beach, the apartment is the ideal choice, just a few meters from the loft. You can do everything on foot, without the need to use a car. The hostess Daiane was extremely polite and helpful, making the check-in and check-out flexible, which was great for us. We'll definitely be back.

This was our second time staying at Jota's Loft. It is a very cozy and quiet space and is less than two blocks from the square and the Church. We recommend it!

great location, clean and airy house! the only caveat would be that the fans are old what Causes noise ... apart from that nothing to complain! great house, utensils, people who have received us dear and cheerful!
