Loft vacation rentals in Rio Grande do Sul

Very well located condominium, close to the center and the beach, with excellent infrastructure (swimming pools, fitness center, restaurant, as well as beach chair and umbrella service for the beach). We really enjoyed it and intend to return!

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful backyard, quiet and welcoming. The region is great with many things to do, several restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Redemption Park, where the feirinha takes place on weekends. The host made this suggestion and it was well worth knowing! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only an unforeseen minimum on the day of leaving, where it was without a sign and out of the area, not being able to respond quickly, but nothing that would hinder our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

Beautiful apartment! We arrived late at night and had no problem checking in, thanks to the super flexible check-in and clear instructions that made the whole process easy. The apartment is beautiful, modern and was very clean. In addition, the location is very nice, surrounded by a very pleasant environment. Definitely highly recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and quiet. One of the highlights of the apartment is its barbecue, located inside the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave and barbecue. I felt a lack of shape and dishcloths. The building has a rooftop pool and I was able to use it. It was not heated during my stay. The concierge is 24h and the staff of the building are cordial.
