Fabres is a very good host, responding quickly and leaving some information around the apartment to facilitate the use of appliances such as the induction stove and coffee maker. This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for us when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service is very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

I stayed at Juliane and André's loft for an event in the city. From the first communication, they were super cordial. The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants, pharmacies, markets and in a neighborhood with a lot of life. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

You put us in another apartment of yours, without talking to us. It was also very good and it went well but it would have been nice if you had let me know. However, the condominium is great, offers a great structure and the host was attentive. I recommend it.

I highly recommend Taci's house for anyone who wants to get to know Gramado. The House is in a great location, not to mention that just staying at home you already have a lot to do, the condominium has a Jacuzzi, heated pool, gym, and sauna. Taci was extremely receptive, the house was very clean, and super cozy, if I need to go back to Gramado, I will definitely stay at this house again.
