Single room in the heart of Bom Fim.

Large single room, well-lit, ventilated and quiet. 120 m² apartment, in the heart of the Bom Fim neighborhood (central region of the city), with banks, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, several transportation options, UFRGS and all the bohemian life nearby. We are a young couple, without discrimination. We have two cats, very calm and sociable. We speak English and Spanish, love to travel and are passionate about art.
