Vacation rentals with a patio in Capannori

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

We went all the way south from Venice and this was the most comfortable house we had in Italy.The host, Marco, was particularly enthusiastic and met us in person for check-in.Asked about hot water halfway through and Marco directed us online and all messages were answered within a minute.The room is particularly clean, the kitchenware is well equipped, there is a nice Italian restaurant nearby, and it is convenient to walk to the supermarket and the train station.It was a pleasant surprise to have booked such a quiet and comfortable house. Washing machine and basic laundry supplies, hangers for drying clothes, hangers, and enough utensils in the kitchen.The own small yard was great for lounging and having an afternoon tea (although we were raining on these days).The inside facilities are consistent with the pictures, or even better.Marco also prepared coffee makers and ground for both Italian and American coffee.The heating and the air conditioner with the heating function can provide adequate heating and everything including the value for money was surprisingly surprising.We are from China, and communication with Marco is basically not much of a barrier, and Airbnb's own translator and face-to-face English + gestures are enough for us to communicate smoothly. Overall, it was pleasantly surprised and hopefully a reference for subsequent guests.If I come back to Italy I hope to come back and choose to stay here.I wish Marco all the best.

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Our experience at this home in Pietrasanta was really enjoyable even if for just one night! The owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect for those who want to visit the Viareggio Carnival and the surroundings of Pietrasanta, being in a convenient and well-connected location (train station 3 minutes by car and with ample free parking) . In addition, the place is taken care of in every detail, with an eclectic decor that mixes different styles in a harmonious way. Each room is well maintained and makes the house really charming. Coffee machine is available, with a few courtesy capsules + various teas and herbal teas! Highly recommended! "

I had the opportunity to stay for three nights at Caterina and Giacomo's apartment and the experience was extremely positive. The property, in its essence, is very well cared for and embellished with designer objects that I especially appreciated. The location is central but at the same time quiet, perfect for getting around on foot without sacrificing rest. Despite being initially worried about parking, I always found a place without any problem. Caterina and Giacomo were available and flexible in check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day of vacation. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!!

The appartment is located in a quiet area roughly 5 minutes walk to the city walls. Text and pictures provided an accurate description of the appartment. We had everything we needed for our 4 days in the appartment and there are shop and restaurants in the area. Great value for a stay in Lucca.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets that are quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we had. If you are looking for a nice house in the heart of the mountains while still being close to the city and the beaches, go for it. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

Everything was perfect. There are no unpleasant surprises with Gabriella and Mario, quite the contrary! Everything matches the photos and descriptions they carefully provided. As they described, you need to have a car to get around easily and then take the super efficient public transportation. How and where to take the means of transport was explained to us with patience and passion. N.B. I wanted to clarify for future guests that if you use, like me, an application other than Google Maps as a navigator, you should switch to Google once you are almost at your destination to be able to find the address precisely! (But in any case, there is nothing to fear because they will be able to give you precise directions to get to your destination and, if necessary, they will also meet you) p.s. they also provide a welcome kit for breakfast and hygiene that is really appreciated

Very clean and functional accommodation, very well-equipped. Secluded, in a courtyard, with a sunny balcony. Studio large enough for a family of 4. Nice little touches on arrival. Slightly soft bedding.
