Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Capannori

"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Tuscan Escape Just Outside Lucca's Walls! Our stay at this duplex was wonderful, earning every single one of its five stars! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival completely stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable. Being just a 9-minute drive outside the historic walls of Lucca offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed peaceful evenings in a gorgeous back yard, yet could easily pop into Lucca within minutes to explore its stunning architecture, vibrant piazzas, and fantastic restaurants. The short drive meant we avoided the bustle of staying right in the center, and parking was a breeze with a free parking lot just a short walk from the walls. The duplex itself is a gem. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and felt immediately like a home away from home. Would 100% rebook at this location! 🩷

Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Het verblijft in het huis van Barbara was voor ons fantastisch en we komen graag hier eens terug. Het huis is op een landgoed met veel historie. Het huis voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Onze kinderen vonden het fantastisch. Daarbij is er een oude fontein omgetoverd tot een zwembad met een diepte van ongeveer 1.10 meter. Aan het zwembad staan een aantal ligstoelen waar je prima kan vertoeven. Het is 4 min lopen vanaf het huis. De omgeving is fantastisch, de snelweg is ongeveer 15 min rijden en vanuit daar kan je naar Pisa en Florence ( 1 uur en 15min) rijden. In de omgeving zijn nog vele plaatse welke je kan bezoeken. In het huisje ligt ook een omschrijving voor eventuele restaurant en diverse handige tips voor je verblijft. De communicatie met Barbara en Vittorio verloopt soepel en zij zijn heel gastvrij. We hebben nog een prachtige bezichtiging gehad van Vittorio in de oude Villa. Dat is echt de moeite waard. Hopelijk tot snel, Wij komen graag terug.

Wir waren als Familie mit Teenagern eine Woche in der Unterkunft und hatten es nicht besser treffen können. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Durch das Zimmer im Dachboden, das sich sehr gut klimatisierten ließ, gab es immer die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber. Es gab nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Wir wurde von Daniele und seiner Familie sehr sehr herzlich empfangen und persönlich verabschiedet. Es gab eine ganze Reihe Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ich kann das schöne Haus wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.

Awesome place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature going hand in hand in the beautiful chalet surrounded by peaceful calmness and a relaxing atmosphere. Maria who is a very friendly Host was always helpful and responded very quickly if we had questions and we are thankful for whole service (with the car :) We recommend the chalet a 10/10 and would revisit it anytime again !

Unsere Zeit bei Leandro war einfach nur perfekt! Die Unterkunft sieht deutlich besser aus als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Eine tolle romantische Atmosphäre so wie man Sie für die Toskana erwarten würde. Die Unterkunft bietet alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Es ist der perfekte Ort um sich mit einem Glas Wein die pittoreske Gegend anzuschauen! Traumhaft, bezaubernd und einfach nur wunderschön! Wir würden uns freuen eines Tages zurück zu kommen. Danke für die tolle Zeit! Eine absolute Empfehlung! 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Beautiful country villa, spacious, clean quiet, private, wonderful surroundings. Hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and made the stay wonderful.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Badezimmer, Handtücher, Waschmittel - alles) sauber und perfekt von der Lage um runter zu kommen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und der Check In sehr freundlich. Auch bei Rückfragen, haben wir freundliche und schnelle Antworten erhalten. Der WLAN Empfang war gut aber weniger geeignet für ab 4 Leuten, die gleichzeitig arbeiten wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dann für die Gastfreundschaft 🙏

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Giada's home in Tuscany is beautiful. Great outdoor space, spacious and with amazing views of the Tuscan surroundings. It's convenient to local sites and only about an hour away from Florence by train; it's a relatively short drive to Siena. The house is well equipped with a fully functional kitchen, and (most importantly) a Nespresso coffee machine! There were 4 of us and we were quite comfortable in the three bedrooms. Highly recommended. It was a perfect stay.
