Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

Thanks to David's precise instructions, we found the apartment well. The apartment was very clean and nicely bright. The view of the parking lot is not very nice, but we were out all day anyway. There is a good connection to a bus. You can quickly reach the beach and a Carrefour on foot. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very good stay in Isabelle's nice studio, very quiet in a residential area. Isabelle came to wait for me at the bus stop, 2 minutes from her house (direct bus to the SNCF train station or Sète city center). The studio is very clean and nothing is missing. Throughout the stay Isabelle was available and attentive and I enjoyed our exchanges as well as her many tips and good plans, as well as her communicative smile. From the studio, no car needed to go to the thermal baths, shops or even to the Voie Verte to visit the surrounding villages. A place where I can come back, a person I will be happy to see again and that I recommend to all travelers who appreciate calm and comfort.
