Nice moment in this welcoming and well-equipped chalet. If you like standardized homes, go your way. Here we are in a real Gruissan Chalet in its juice but quite comfortable and well-equipped. The plus: a huge and sunny terrace on which you will spend most of your time as long as the weather lends itself to it. Anyway, we'll be back. Thanks to the host for their availability and kindness 🙏🙂

A few days spent in this listing. Perfect for our family reunions, it's been at our request. Kitchen essentials. Beach and shops close enough not to take the car. We also took the opportunity to visit Carcassonne and make the Grands Buffets of Narbonne. The hosts were available. Downside: hot tub at 25 when we arrived so we couldn't enjoy the day of arrival; the accommodation deserves some refreshments (tired bottom handle, ceiling above the hot tub).

Nathalie's chalet is the perfect illustration of what Gruissan Plage is all about - relaxed, full of character, no fuss. It's perfectly placed for the wonderful beach and the wide choice of restaurants, with shops just a two minute walk away. This is the second time we've been and the fact that we returned says everything about the place.

We had a great week at Eugénie's place. The house has all the necessary comforts, lots of cooking utensils, laundry and dishwashing equipment and products (clothes rack, laundry detergent, laundry clips, washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher etc.), beach equipment and games, etc., etc. We found the accommodation very clean when we arrived. Eugenie was lovely and available. We will definitely come back to her place if we come back to Gruissan (very pretty city by the way, many activities nearby to do with family).

We had a great time at Jean-Baptiste's chalet, which is clean and very well-equipped. The place is very quiet and located 200 m from the beach. We recommend this welcoming chalet for a relaxing vacation as a couple or family.

Beautiful cottage, very well decorated, functional with beautiful sea view terrace. Close to the amenities of the iconic Chalets neighborhood. Thanks to Émilie for her advice. We had a great time with the family. We'll be back without hesitating.

C'est Top! It's a private cottage, really private. We really enjoyed this totally private aspect of the cottage. It perfectly matches the photos, it is clean, tidy, contains everything we needed for a good stay as a partner. The location is very good: 5 minutes by car for shops. 10-15 minutes for hypermarkets and restaurants. 30 minutes for the beaches(Fortignan is the best), 30 minutes to walk around Sète(I highly recommend it). and quite a few other activities we did during our stay(Source de l 'Avy, Cascade de la Vis...) Hazaël and her husband were kind, welcoming, available and responsive. I would highly recommend.

A perfect stay.

A very well decorated cottage, pleasant with a nice view and very functional. The Massif de la Clape is really a playground for mountain biking. Full of small beautiful villages all around, including Lagrasse with its abbey and a visit to the vinegar factory, a surprising place. Very good welcome from Véronique with a possible arrival the day before for part of the group .

For the 4 time we went to the various chalets in Grouissan but this was the first time there were 2 of us. Veronique's hospitality, availability and courtesy are impeccable. The chalet located near the shops and a few meters from the chalet beach was exactly as described. The bathroom is particularly beautiful/original. Everything is extremely clean . The garden is very comfortable and functional although we have made little use of it due to the not-so-favorable weather. The chalet is highly recommended for a family with a child. We'll be back

Lovely cottage, perfectly located to enjoy Gruissan and explore the local area.

What a joy! We just spent a perfect week at Vivi and Didier's. We had the pleasure of meeting Didier at the beginning and end of our stay, he showed remarkable responsiveness and extreme kindness, we were able to exchange a little time with him without having to rush, it was very pleasant. We even had the pleasure of finding a bottle of fresh rosé that we drank immediately to celebrate the beginning of the holidays. Regarding the accommodation, there is nothing to complain about, it was PERFECT, the location is ideal 50 m from the beach on one side and 50 m from the shops on the other, close to the Salins and the beautiful Vieille Nouvelle beach. There is absolutely nothing missing in this pretty cottage, tastefully decorated, clean and above all very well equipped. We felt at home and it is very appreciable! The neighborhood is very quiet especially at this time, relaxing and peaceful, we loved it!!! One desire: to go back! i'd recommend it sight a second thought

Super cottage offered by Laure and her mom Monique, which perfectly met our expectations of a weekend with 8 friends with 3 bedrooms, sofa bed in a living room, BBQ and covered terrace (big plus for us!), 2 steps from the beach and all amenities within walking distance! Monique was very responsive, warm and accommodating, thank you so much for offering to stay in the afternoon on Sunday as no one was taking the suite, it's rare on Airbnb and very much appreciated +++ We highly recommend this listing!

The cottage was very clean, very well-equipped kitchen, close to the beach, very efficient communication with Françoise, the kindness of letting us have the cottage until the evening because there was no one after us, and thank you for the bottle of wine! It was a good family weekend.

Gruissan and the regional nature park, Les Chalets beach, the cottage itself... An idyllic place with lots of varied interests. We had a lovely weekend with family and teenagers. To be redone 🙂
