Beach house vacation rentals in Cap d'Agde

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

A small house incredibly functional and very well placed on the beach. Meg is very responsive and welcomed us on foot to allow us to spend a long weekend by the water. The location is ideal to discover by bike the surroundings between sea and pond. The accommodation is as described very small but extremely well thought out to have everything available. Stayed one night when travelling back from Spain to UK. Found the apartment to be clean and cosy with a nice comfortable bed. Liked the easy access to the private parking and the pet friendly features.

I spent three nights in Pierre's out-of-season home. The accommodation is very bright, cozy, well decorated (I really liked the framed illustrations hanging near the TV); in short, very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is well equipped (important for me who likes to be able to cook on vacation). The proximity to the beach is a real plus! As well as the courtyard overlooking the living room. We had our breakfast in the sun in complete tranquility! The information given by Pierre for check-in was clear and accurate.

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

The stay at Estelle's went very well. His dad greeted us and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is very very well located. I recommend it.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. Clean and functional house (even if it would be missing a washing machine), in a quiet area. Amazing pool! Ability to park 2 cars. Well located, large beach of Valras 10 min walk, close to restaurants, bakery, very nice. Amazing, we had a great time!

The place is beautiful, bright. It feels like home. The place is quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is nice, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The pluses for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to the shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the secure exterior for children. I would this property.

A small peaceful haven. There were two of us, my sister and I. Very comfortable accommodation and close to the beach. The center of Marseillan beach is a 2-step walk away. We no longer took the car, the shops being a 10-minute walk away, or even 15 minutes if you walk slowly on a pedestrian path. Secure and private parking is a plus. Nothing was missing from the accommodation. We recommend it more more more. I'm sure it'll be my accommodation when I come back to Marseillan Beach. I would add that our host was very friendly and available.

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien's. Excellent welcome, kind, helpful and caring. Sébastien is supported by his parents who contribute to a cocooning home and full of nice touches. Super nice hosts, responsive with easy communication who also responded to our specific requests. Exceptional location: quiet and so close to the sea. Parking in the property yard. Spacious and very pleasant outdoor terrace. Great value for the money. The 3 bedrooms are a real plus even if they're on the smaller side. The large room is pleasant and bright. Good bedding. We appreciated the heating being turned on before our arrival. Thank you very much for your welcome. We will be back!

Stay of 10 days in August with family (2 children aged 13 and 11). Accommodation in close proximity to the swimming pool and tennis court, ideal with children. Well equipped apartment. The center of St Pierre la Mer is easily reachable by foot. Very friendly welcome by friends of the host. Thanks!!

Clean accommodation, direct beach access but personally we have our habits on the port side of Valras so a little far away for that!! otherwise everything was great!!
