We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room. It's in a quiet area, not long walk to the promenade. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Everything Perfect... Unfortunately, very quiet in October! Closed a lot! The place is great!

Amazing stay with 6 adults. The rooms are small but if you're comfortable sleeping with several people in the rooms, it's more than enough. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place. Admittedly, the doors are a little old, but it adds charm. In low season, only one restaurant is open or you have to walk 1 hour to Budoni. I recommend a car if you don't want to walk. If not, Lucas's wife was available 24/7. Value for money excellent. There is no oven but there is a microwave. Very safe with a security guard who watches the surroundings. Parking available right across. Several beaches available nearby. Thanks Lucas and Helena for this stay, we were pleasantly surprised.

Dear Claudia and Gregor, Time has passed so quickly in Costa Paradiso, what a pity! Thank you for everything, also to Marina, everything worked out so easily. The area around Costa Paradiso is fantastically beautiful. Yesterday we sailed the coast by boat. You have to be quite good on foot to get into the villa with the many steps, but since you usually only make the journey once a day, that's not a big problem. The villa is super large and spacious, furnished with a lot of love for detail and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! The sunset is a dream on the terrace... Restaurants are easily reached by car and also have offers for us veggies! We say: Thank you 😍

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated, great views of the harbour. The air condition (heating) in the living room was out of service. From the parking to the apartment there are several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, without a car.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Tomasina welcomed us very warmly. We were allowed to check in a little earlier. She always responded quickly to my messages and gave us valuable tips. All around superbly supplied. Excited about La Maddelena, and was even more excited after her stay at Martina's place. Very good value, short distance to everything, superb view, can definitely be recommended to people of all ages. Martina is nice, helpful and always available. The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

We felt at home in Stefania's pretty apartment. Great little balcony with wonderful sea views. Super location. 5 min. to the beautiful sandy beach, many small restaurants nearby. Stefania was super nice and always available! The perfect hostess! Thank you for that! We'll be back!

The location of the accommodation was simply fantastic and we felt very comfortable. David was always quick to respond to messages and always helped where he could. Super nice host

We had a lovely week in Isola Rossa and felt very comfortable in the place! The beach can be reached quickly and shopping is just around the corner. Maria Vittoria is a great hostess. Everything you need for cooking is available and there is a small Bialetti with which you can make delicious coffee. We will be happy to come back☺️.
