Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm host. Even if she doesn't speak English, you can communicate well with her. At check-in, her friend Laura welcomed us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. A supermarket is not far away. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

The accommodation offered is very well organized and arranged. The living room is very large and serves on a very friendly terrace. The accommodation is well soundproofed and we were not bothered by the surrounding noises. On the other hand, the location of the property is a little off-center from the port and activities but that does not prevent you from walking there and in addition the convenience store not far from the accommodation allows supplies without too many complications. We stayed three nights, to visit Madalenna, and the surroundings of Palau. I recommend this property!!!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

The location of this accommodation is beautifully located in the middle of nature. On the grounds you will find various terraces with spectacular views. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, you will find exactly that here. The surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. Alberto is a very pleasant and friendly landlord, his assistant Signora Michela is always approachable and helpful on site. We are happy and grateful for our wonderful stay... 😊

We had a great time in this great apartment. The view is fantastic. Pictures can't reproduce that. Absolute panoramic view. Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Right in front of the house there is the possibility to make great excursions with the boats or to rent one yourself. We did both. Simply fantastic. Less than 10 minutes to the city Minutes' walk. The recommendation to go to Ziantto for dinner was awesome! View and food fantastic! The small beach there is also pretty. We will definitely be back! We are thrilled with La Maddalena and the beautiful apartment. We stayed there for four nights. Could have stayed longer!

The apartment was spotless and beautiful, and the location was perfect with several nice cafes and incredible restaurants nearby. The beach in Santa Teresa is breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Cannot wait to come back.
