Filippo's "Villa La Roccia del Poggio" is a perfect getaway, it's perfectly located at the top of a hill and you get splendid views. You can chill on the lounge in the garden or visit the wonderful beaches of La Maddalena or Caprera. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Filippo responds very quickly to answer any question and communicates proactively. Thank you so much Filippo for having us at your wonderful place. We will definitely come back :-)

This home is a retreat from the big city bustle but also an escape from crowds and resorts. While everyone is packed at Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo, you have a newly renovated home isolated on a beautiful mountain side! Cannot stress enough how serene it was (even with 3 kids (1,8,10). The pool provided ultimate entertainment in the morning while preparing breakfast; the lawn was ideal for stretching/yoga or paddle ball. Location: recommend a car/motorcycle as it is 10-15 min away from grocery store/restaurants (but this is not a negative). You are 15 minutes from San Pantaleo (true original Sardinian Village) which you can also reach by hiking 4 miles over Punta Cugnana. Arzachena is 15km NW from here and has the non tourist grocery store and shops. Olbia, Porto Cervo + Rotundo, Palau, etc are all within 30 minutes! Cala Gonone and Baunei coast 90 minutes. Stintino 2hrs. Location is 10/10. AC works very well in every room as do all amenities. Washing machine was great!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

We met very nice and very open people. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very well proportioned. Very nice pool. Close to Santa Teresa. Nice little town. Beach (very nice). Nearby. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Very nice and cosy place with a front and backyard. Very well equipped kitchen, lots of space to dry your beach towels and kite equipement. Two outdoor showers perfect for cleaning kite equipment. Even enough space to pump a kita for drying. Garden with fence, so perfect for little kids. Great place to stay.

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

AMAZING! A super well-appointed villa! Favorite🫶!! We were 8 adults and 4 children, 2 of whom were toddlers. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet! The beds are firm, linens and towels are provided. There is a huge round table for conviviality in the living room as well as a large kitchen! An ideal location! No road noise, as if hidden in nature and close to a Utile (not even a 5-minute walk) and the city center/port of Bonifacio (15-minute walk). The citadel is also accessible on foot (it climbs a little but a magnificent view!), a good 30-minute walk. A play area and a market (Tuesday and Friday it seems to me). A little train leaves from the port to the citadel, convenient and fun! Lots of hiking nearby (car!), the beaches are beautiful (check the wind😉!), Porto-Vecchio 30 minutes' drive and Bastia 2 hours 20 minutes. In short, we recommend it ++++! The whole family loved it, from 7 months to 60 years old!

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

This is a lovely villa, set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The views from the veranda and especially from the roof top terrace are stunning. We also enjoyed being able to walk down to the sea.

This was our family’s first visit to Corsica. As you can imagine, we are in love with the people and island. We look to come back in the very near future. Dominique and her point of contact Thomas, were amazing. We felt so comfortable. The people of Corsica and the island have been the best kept secret. I wish I would’ve explored this paradise sooner. The food, the wine, the pride and kindness of the people, is intoxicating. À bientôt!

Huge villa with a nice private pool , easy to walk to budoni center and beach , Comfortable beds perfect temperature with AC in all rooms and good quality appliances ,by the way friendly and helpful staff , it was a perfect stay for the whole family

our fourth summer vacation in this villa, and we are not planning to change anytime soon!

This villa was wonderful! The write up and pictures here don’t do it justice. We went as a group of two families with 4 adults and 6 children between us. The house was so big we never felt cramped. The location is brilliant - minutes from some super wonderful beaches. Our favourite was Spiaggia de La marina de puntaldia. It was so special. Lu impostu amazing as well. The shops are plentiful and close too. More about the villa. The pool was perfect! Every bedroom had a bathroom. With pool/beach towels and bath ones. The kitchen at the house was the best stocked of any I’ve ever been too! There was literally everything you could ever need to cook any meal which was great! The parasols to take to the beach we’re v welcome and we appreciate the cupboard having basics like oil salt etc. and the bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc makes that initial arrival easier. We are already planning to go again!!!

Daniela & Mike were very responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. We were a family of 5 with three 18+ year old children and the sleeping arrangments were fine for us with one person sleeping on the sofa bed. The accomodation was spotless and very well equipped. Showers and air conditioning were superb. It was a short 10m walk to the beautiful beach, yet the villa felt very private. There was a handy local supermarket about 15 minutes walk, and an excellent bakery about 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended.

We had an AMAZING time! The views and sunsets were stunning! Sagi who welcomed us was extremely professional and so welcoming! We can't wait to be back!!

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quietly located, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a hostess, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Pina is a warm, open and communicative person who responded immediately and was there to help and advise us. We felt welcome from the first moment, not least when she personally welcomed us with a delicious dessert. The house is a dream, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. Her husband was at the house a few times to clean the pool, but this was inconspicuous every time so it couldn't bother us, although this wasn't the case anyway. Thanks Pina

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

Great hosts, amazing surroundings , Luca gave us a few tips on what restaurants to go and they were all great. The house and the surroundings felt so peaceful. We particularly loved the daily visits from Charlie and Dobby the dogs on site. Will def be back to this amazing place.

We had a lovely one-week stay! Rosalia's home is adorable, well-outfitted, and comfortable. It has an incredible view from the front porch and an inviting pool in the backyard, with plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Her co-host warmly welcomed us at check-in (with local wine and pastries!) and gave us a quick orientation to the property. Restaurants and grocery stores in Budoni are only a five-minute drive (with Olbia about 30 minutes away). One of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Very peaceful quiet home to fully relax with a huge outdoor area. We liked it a lot.
