We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind, and always available for anything. The area is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Great stay in this beautiful apartment in the upper town of Bonifacio! The hosts were attentive, accommodating and friendly, the accommodation is clean, spacious and offers a beautiful view of the port. I recommend 100%🤩

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s. The hosts were all very attentive and quick with communication. They truly thought of everything with this suite!! And we loved meeting Sam 😊

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Beautiful peaceful home with magnificent views of the water, lovely garden & very comfortable living. 5 minute walk to beach (which has a small restaurant) & pool. 30 minute walk to closest restaurants or 5 minute drive. Very relaxing holiday!

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

In short, this place is a gem. The location is so great that when we went to Porto Istana for a day trip, we literally turned around and went back to our home beach without unloading. Everything we wanted was already there. The little towns nearby are wonderful and have all you need. The privacy plus beach access of this stay are lovely. You can see water from nearly all the windows in the place. All the air conditioners worked great. I loved the main bed — soft enough to be easy on the joints and firm enough to still have structure. The single beds are probably not the best for adults, but perfectly fine for my 12 year old. Everything about this stay was easy. Just take note that the bar/restaurant a few hundred yards down the beach plays music until about 10pm. You don’t hear it at all in the home, but you do on the beach during the afternoon and evening. It’s not too loud. The things highlighted as issues in past reviews are fixed. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We loved our stay, beautiful beaches, perfect house. We will be back

Gloria is 100% reliable, organized and thought of everything! It gives tips for markets and neighboring places. She responds immediately or in a few minutes! The location is perfect for relaxing and you can retreat to the cute apartment after excursions and enjoy the magnificent view at any time of day! The supermarket is just a stone's throw away and has typical Sardinian but also national products at reasonable prices! All the people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants close by! I recommend the Yachting Club Vela Blu, which is very nice and you can also take the pizza to the apartment. I visited 6 swimming coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still countless swimming coves and beaches. Rotondo and Golfo Aranci are 10 min. by car! It was a very nice holiday! Tutto Fantastico!
