If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Silvia’s apartment was absolutely stunning, super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away. Silvia is a fantastic host. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Giovanna and Alessio were very available. The house is rustic and rather dark but the exterior makes up for it☺️. The view is crazy. As soon as we had a problem or a question, the answer arrived instantly. Alessio picked us up at the port (useful because without it we would have had trouble finding the house). We would recommend this house in a remote corner but still quick access to the port (car required)

Bungalow furnished with a lot of love, including a beautiful front garden to linger. It had everything you need for a beach vacation (we could also use beach towels and a parasol for free). Ideal with children, as the playground is right next to the bungalow. Ideal starting point for beautiful beaches and excursions (many also within walking distance). We will be happy to come back.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful gem just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating host. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We met very nice and very open people. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very well proportioned. Very nice pool. Close to Santa Teresa. Nice little town. Beach (very nice). Nearby. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and the terrace overlooking the sea beautiful. In the low season despite many hotels in the village very quiet, a few steps to the sea on foot and a good starting point for many activities and hikes. Cristiano and Monika were always available, problems were solved immediately. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for everything!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

It was perfect all around. Communication with Gavino was nice, informative and you could rely on everything. We were picked up at a nearby parking lot to get to this magical place. The place was as pictured and as described, but even nicer. Those who enjoy the tranquility and want to forget the hustle and bustle of the world are absolutely in good hands here. Thanks to the loving decor, you feel very, very comfortable from the first second. We can't thank Gavino enough for making this week possible for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm host. Even if she doesn't speak English, you can communicate well with her. At check-in, her friend Laura welcomed us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. A supermarket is not far away. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment located in San Pantaleo (which is also a very pretty village). The apartment has a beautiful view and is well-equipped. Andrea has been a very welcoming and available host. Special mention for Andrea and Myriam's restaurant which was good and generous! We'll be happy to come back!

We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.
