Si le paradis existe sur terre, je dirais que c'est cet appartement : vue imprenable sur la mer, décoration raffinée et équipements fonctionnels. Cependant, ce qui rend vraiment cet appartement exceptionnel, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Béatrice. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Amazing location, the house is much better than what was shown in the pictures. Golfo Aranci is just the perfect combination of peace and tranquility and at the same time close enough to everything that you might want in Costa Esmeralda. We are definitely going back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Garten. Zu Fuß war man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer zum Kitesurfen oder Wind-/Wingsurfen kommt, hat es sehr nah zu den entsprechenden Spots. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Appartamento molto pratico, accogliente e pulito in una bella zona di Budoni. Il mare è vicinissimo e stupendo e in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il paese dove si può trovare di tutto pane, alimentari, bar e ristoranti, negozi tipici, farmacia e molto altro.. Claudia e Riccardo sono stati da subito molto cortesi e disponibili Davvero un eccellente esperienza DA RIPETERE SICURAMENTE Molto gradito il vino di benvenuto

Wir waren 10 Tage in Olbia und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Dachterasse ist wirklich ein absolutes Highlight. Das Appartement hat eine schöne Küche und war in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert-Dankeschön!

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Jessica hat uns die Unterkunft glücklicherweise sehr kurzfristig vermietet und einen Check-In keine 10 Minuten später ermöglicht und uns damit den Tag gerettet! Wir haben eine Einführung und ganz viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Das Appartement entspricht haargenau den Bildern und ist so schön und warm eingerichtet, dass wir uns wirklich „Like @ Home“ gefühlt haben. Die Badezimmer sind super, es gibt viele Handtücher, sogar extra welche für den Pool und Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist so gemütlich! Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Aufenthalt und wären gern länger geblieben, aber leider ging unser Flug nach 2 Tagen. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich mit den Pools sicherlich traumhaft, jetzt war das Wasser etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und hoffen auf eine Rückkehr ins schöne Palau☺️

Formidable séjour entre amies chez Maria Teresa. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est bien équipé. Maria Teresa a été très réactive dans les communications et nous a permis de passer un très bon moment.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was great with an amazing view with some lovely walks right from the gate. Highly recommend.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Alles war bestens. Der Blick von den beiden Terrassen auf das Maddalena Archipel bis rüber nach Korsika wunderschön. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar, nach Palau kann man prima zu Fuß gelangen. Man findet dort alles, stündlich fährt eine Fähre nach La Maddalena, unbedingt besuchen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben von hier aus den ganzen Norden Sardinien's erkundet. Der kleine Haus-Strand ist kaum 100m entfernt und echt nett. Man kann dort sehr schön spazieren gehen. Maria Luisa blieb immer mit uns in Kontakt und war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar. Auch Irene, die sich um das Objekt kümmert hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps den Aufenthalt verschönt. Wir haben unsere 15 Tage hier sehr genossen und haben keine Bedenken wieder hierher zu kommen. Very nice apartment: very clean and extremely well equipped. All bathrooms staff provided, all kitchen staff available, wash machine, very practically designed with shelves and clothes hangers in the bathroom, bedroom, entrance. Walking distance from Bados beach which is very nice with 2 nieces terraces with very nice food & drinks if we want to eat on the beach lunch or just have a drink. The choice of bed linens and bathrooms linens: white : you see it’s clean! The shower great pressure and draining well. Lights and mirrors everywhere in the house, one of the most well equipped and practically designed Airbnb I have every done. And I think we have done at least 15 or 20 Airbnb’s in the past 10 years in at least 7-8-9 countries. Thank you for such a beautiful stay ! In case you want to go to Olbia or move around on the island , a car is needed. The apartment is 10km away from Olbia airport.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Tres bel endroit Maison aux pieds de l'eau Eaux limpides mais plages un peu rocailleuses. un peu loin de commerces mais magnifique paysage.

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.
