Beach condo vacation rentals in Cancún

Elegimos un excelente lugar para quedarnos a dormir, el lugar es seguro, está cerca del ferry, aunque no conocí en persona a Eric y a Liz siempre hubo muy buena comunicación de su parte, el que tengan ventiladores y aire acondicionado fue muy bueno por mi bebé. Lo único que agregaría al alojamiento sería un microondas para calentar más rápido la comida pero no fue algo que no se pudiera solucionar. Nos recibieron con el lugar limpio, el agua del baño súper bien, nos pusieron amenidades de aseo para cocina y baño. La verdad todo muy bien, la vista no se diga. Esperemos regresar pronto a este bello lugar. Gracias por todo

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Igor's! Special shout out to Karla, who took care of everything we could possibly need, arranged airport transfers and a massage for us, and checked on us throughout the weekend. We especially appreciated her coordinating to allow us to drop off our bags before check-in so we could start relaxing by the pool right away. Some highlights that I usually read Airbnb reviews for, so it might help someone make the decision to book! -All the essentials for cooking are there, but bring your own spices if you'd like them -Super comfy bed, we slept so well -Air conditioning and fans throughout the unit -Water pressure in the shower was excellent -Purified drinking/cooking water was provided -Pools were amazing, plenty of space to relax in/out of the water -The neighbors were so nice and friendly, it was a pleasure sharing outdoor space with them -Get the ceviche at PIRATA BARBA NEGRA! Thank you to Karla and Igor for a great stay! We love Puerto Juarez.

L'appartement était fidèle à la description en terme d'intérieur et de localisation. Entrée et sortie faciles. Eric était très réactif, nous avons eu une très bonne interaction avec lui. Nous recommandons.

El lugar es precioso pero independientemente de la ubicación del complejo, el departamento estaba en perfectas condiciones limpio, muy A. Gradable los muebles de buena calidad y todo en excelentes condiciones

Hermoso. A pasos de la playa y se descansa muy bien. Los atardeceres desde la azotea son bellisimos y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue de lo mejor. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en la estancia de Sergio y José.

The condo was amazing, clean and so enjoyable. very nice location and quiet. the beach area was very clean and beautiful. Eric and his team was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying there again.

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.

Clean space, the host was responsive and the view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with the most amazing view. Was so relaxing to wake up to a magnificent overlook of the ocean everyday. Was perfectly spacious for our family Christmas of 6. Location is great with downtown Cancun not too far away and a shop with essentials on site. Restaurant on site great as back up, though recommend making the trek into town as food is much better. Note the rooftop terrace is closed. Not significantly missed though as the apartment itself is more than spacious. Letty (the house cleaner) is a queen. The nicest person and helped us out so much to keep the apartment clean and organized.

This place is perfect for big groups .I loved that we could cook or get all inclusive if we wanted to . The all inclusive with the hotel wasn’t as tasty as I expected from other local resorts but it’s worth getting it a couple days like we did . The grocery store was close and we also had the Oxxo across the street which was a lifesaver . The views from everywhere were amazing and straight out of a movie. Laundry was so essential as well since we were able to wash our wet clothes and not return home with dirty clothes.The AC worked great and at times was even too cold where we had to adjust . With the high humidity outside this was a staple and must have on the trip so it was nice coming home to a cold place after walking outside. Abdiel was so responsive and the best at helping us book an excursion so I was so thankful to have him helping us out for anything . I will be recommending this place and returning with my family in future family vacations. Such a beautiful home and very relaxing vacation location .

Viajamos en familia, éramos 6. Llegamos fácilmente con las instrucciones del anfitrión, el check in fue rápido y nos permitió ingresar antes del horario a uno de los departamentos hasta que estuviera listo el segundo. Ingresamos y nos impactó la vista al mar desde el balcón y las ventanas ,una belleza! Los departamentos eran preciosos, muy espaciosos, con todas las comodidades necesarias, camas súper grandes, impecable realmente. No usamos la cocina porque salimos a comer pero estaba súper completa. La seguridad del edificio también nos pareció excelente ya que está en un lugar muy transitado y lleno de bares y , hay un guardia 24 hs y el predio está muy seguro.

El departamento es muy amplio, espacioso, iluminado, mobiliario bonito y la ubicación inmejorable para familias, ya que esta en planta baja, con su propia alberca con vista a la marina y a pocos pasos del club de playa, muchas amenidades en los condominios, en fin todos encantados y Eric y su asistente siempre pendientes y considerados con nuestras necesidades. Muy recomendable

The hosts were probably the most responsive I have ever worked with. I appreciated their help on everything from booking a ride from the airport to restaurant recommendations. Would stay again!

The host was very responsive. House was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the location of the house. The only con was that there wasn’t any hot or even warm water when showering and upstairs bathroom had a funky odor. But besides that i would definitely book this airbnb again!

The apartment was beautifully situated and very tastefully decorated. Everything needed to enjoy a great stay at the beach was provided! I also greatly appreciated being allowed to check in early for a small fee. I will be definitely be coming back!

Jessica and Rodriguez place was a gem. The views is stunning and it was magical to see the ocean in the morning and evenings. The place was cleaned and well equipped. The beach is perfect not too crowded and they have beach beds. I was expecting more noise since there are night clubs close by however the sound constant ocean waves was soothing for us. The host was very responsive, and the bed was very confortable. This is a perfect place for a gateway and it is worth it for the price.

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.

Tout était conforme aux attentes. Le distributeur et refroidisseur d'eau purifiée a été grandement apprécié tout au long du séjour. Tous les informations ont été préalablement fournies et toutes nos questions ont été répondues. Miriam et son équipe nous ont facilité notre séjour avec des compléments d'informations. toujours avec justesse, politesse et enthousiasme: aucun stress pour nous. Je souhaite dans le future avoir l'opportunité louer par l'entremise de cette hôte hors-paire. Merci spécial à Miriam et Aurora qui l'assiate localement.

Excelente atención por parte de Claudia y todo el equipo, súper atentos y con explicaciones sencillas. Autocheck in y check out. Excelente ubicación, cerca de tiendas de conveniencia (Oxxo, farmacias), así como de muelles para tomar el ferry para isla mujeres (3-5 min), lo suficientemente cerca de zona de fiesta (3-4 min en carro o camión) parada de autobús al salir del complejo Departamento de tres habitaciones dos de ellas con baño privado, cocina comedor y sala amplios, cocina súper equipada (microondas, horno, licuadora, tostador y estufa), terraza con comedor y mesas-silla descanso. camas cómodas y limpias, baño con todo lo necesario, y toallas para uso en departamento y otra para fuera del mismo. Playa hermosa tranquila como alberca, muy segura para niños, cuenta con camastros y red de voleibol, alberca grande con agua templada que cierra tarde. Cuenta con un restaurante y bar. Excelente para grupos grandes, NOS ENCANTÓ (así en mayúsculas) sin duda repetiriamos. Gracia

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!
