Apartment vacation rentals in Cancún

Me encantó fue muy fácil de encontrar nos dio una entrada temprana lo cual fue muy agradable ya que veníamos cansadas del viaje todo muy bonito limpio nos sentíamos como en casa tenía varias cositas ahí mismo en la casa lo cual nos resultó útil como casero las cafeteras está perfecto para alguna familia que quiera visitar

El lugar estaba limpio y era acorde a lo que se anunciaba Fabián estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Me encantó el departamento. Estaba realmente muy limpio y acogedor. Ernesto fue muy amable al estar al pendiente de cualquier situación o duda. Recomendado 100% En definitiva me volvería a alojar con el.

Mi estancia estuvo super bien 🫶 mi familia y yo estuvimos cómodos. El residencial es bonito y tiene una excelente ubicación 🙂

Mike es bastante atento y pendiente de todo, el alojamiento es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Nos la pasamos muy bien.

Todo fue perfecto, el alojamiento es tal cual como en las fotos y descripción, un lugar muy bonito y agradable con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia en Cancún. La ubicación es excelente para trasladarse a los puntos de mayor interés (zona hotelera, playas, aeropuerto, centro, vías principales). Mariana una gran anfitriona, súper amable y siempre al pendiente. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

El lugar está muy bien, excelente relación precio-lugar. Para llegar a las playas hay que tomar el autobús R2/R15 que pasa en la esquina del Banorte frente al Soriana

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

Right on the beach! Waking up to the sounds of the ocean can’t be beat. The kitchen is a little hard to cook in but we mostly went out to dinner. We made smoothies and sandwiches for lunch. Sheets and towels are super clean. The AC works fantastic!

By far the best experience i’ve had. Location was great, Walkable places. Beautifull view from the balcony. Definitely coming back and was worth it.

Such a wonderful spot on Isla Mujeres! Madjid was such a wonderful host and so friendly/helpful throughout the entire process. The room itself was amazing -- very peaceful/serene and SO clean. Even though I didn't need to have it on full blast due to pleasant weather while visiting, the air conditioning was extremely effective and cool. Overall, it was a great stay, and as a female solo traveler, I would definitely return in the future.

This is a great apartment to stay in. The complex is right next to the beach, and it’s just a short walk away. It’s definitely a good choice if you’re not looking for an all-inclusive hotel. The apartment is nearly perfect—though the warm water in the bathroom isn’t very consistent. That said, I still highly recommend it, as the host is very attentive and responsive.

Beautiful views to both the beach & Nichupté (lagoon). The place is 10 mins away from the airport(15 with some traffic). The restaurant downstairs offers great food selection; the minimal right by the guard Shack has the essentials and if anything else is needed, there is an Oxxo within a 2 mins. walk. The place is small but perfect of a family of 4, the beds are very comfortable and the best part of this place is going to sleep to the sound/breeze of the ocean. I would definitely book this place whenever I plan to come back to Cancun!

My 7yo daughter and I loved our stay at Casa Susie. At first, I was skeptical my daughter would love staying a little bit further from the main touristic area, but right on the first day , she loved the place and the area where Casa Susie is located (and so did I). It was a little bit noisy the first night/ morning(dogs, cars, horns) but we get used to it so easily that we forget about it. It's so fun to discover the streets around and the locals living in the district. we would definitly go back! The manager responds quickly to questions and makes herself available if needed. Super service!

Great relaxing place in the rather bustling Isla Mujeres. Get a golf cart for this location then you will have a great time. Food at restaurant has good food.

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Amazing location, in the heart of North Isla Mujeres, which is where all the tourism happens. The place was exactly as advertised, maybe even a little bit better. Pretty safe and clean.

Great place, great hosts, great stay overall. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Everything was easy and the hosts were a pleasure to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Not one to typically write reviews, but had to call out how much of a hidden gem this is. We brought our 3yo and 5yo, and it was the perfect spot for them to play. Great pool for new swimmers, great small shaded beach for sand castles, lots of lounge areas, incredible sunsets. Condo and property were clean and up to date, with reliable internet. The two other families staying at the property have been coming to this same spot for years which says a lot. Definitely off the beaten path, so we ended up renting a golf cart to explore more of the island and get groceries. Playa Norte is a zoo, so we really appreciated how quiet and safe this spot was.

I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb, Roberto was extremely kind the entire time before and after my stay. Everything was in walking distance, especially if you wanted to book any of the Xcaret transportation, it was a 13 minute walk to the closest hotel that would pick you up. There was a lot of gas stations, places to eat, and places to see nearby aside from everything in Hotel Zone which is what I liked most about staying here. The Airbnb itself was extremely clean when I arrived and we were able to comfortably store any food or drinks we purchased from a nearby Walmart. If you want a peaceful place to stay, that is nearby the airport and the beaches I would recommend this place in a heart beat.
