The spacious 55 m² living‑dining room is very bright and also has a guest toilet with a WC and sink. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, designed for both longer stays and weekend getaways.​ The house is part of a small complex of three semi‑detached homes that share a large communal pool with night lighting (20 x 7‑metre basin) and a spacious 900 m² relaxation area. Each accommodation has its own designated private lounging area with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably within the estate’s shared spaces.
