The spacious 55 m² living‑dining room is very bright and also has a guest toilet with a WC and sink. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, designed for both longer stays and weekend getaways.​ The house is part of a small complex of three semi‑detached homes that share a large communal pool with night lighting (20 x 7‑metre basin) and a spacious 900 m² relaxation area. Each accommodation has its own designated private lounging area with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably within the estate’s shared spaces. In addition, the complex has a communal outdoor barbecue area shared by the three homes, ideal for preparing meals and dinners outside during your stay.​ The location is perfect for exploring the area: Guadalupe is just 10 km away, and Trujillo, Cáceres and Mérida are all less than a 90‑minute drive.
