Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Attic apartment of 65 square meters (including 45 square meters higher than 1,80 meters) located on the last floor and completely under the eaves. Very cosy, great atmosphere, feeling like being in a chalet. Very bright thanks to numerous windows, in a very calm street, located 2 minutes by feet from Place des Vosges in the Marais district and from Opera Bastille, and nearby 3 metro-lines (1, 5 and 8)

Public transport at the foot of the building (metro, bus and taxis) paid parking spaces are available in the back alley at the bottom of the building.
