Vacation rentals with breakfast in Canal Saint-Martin

Excellent hosts - easy access to trains, restaurants and “The Chateau”.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Pleasant stay, the apartment is clean and spacious. The host is also very responsive to questions.

A big thank you to Valerie for hosting us. We enjoyed 4 days in the countryside with a 2-year-old child with the forest next door and a great accommodation.

Sophie's accommodation is charming and very functional, the building in which it is located is very quiet and very reassuring. The location is ideal with lots of small shops and very close to public transportation. The explanations given to us by Sophie were very complete, which greatly facilitated our stay. We had a very pleasant stay, better than we could have imagined! Thank you very much Sophie!

Overall, this was a perfect location for us and while it was a bit tight, it was completely doable for the 2 of us for the time we were there. Vincent was very quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and a great host to work with. The location was great, everything we needed was provided in the Airbnb. There are a couple of things I’ll mention, not as negatives, just things to be aware of. The shower is small both in height and width. My husband is 6’1” and was crouching a bit to get under the water. I’m 5’5” and it was fine but felt like I was getting water everywhere. It sounds like they are redoing the bathroom soon so this may be a non issue. It’s also up several flights up stairs (just to remember for luggage). Lastly, the washer works but dryer does not which would have been helpful for the length of our stay but we found things air dried quick enough. A great stay for a couple or a solo traveler in a great location!!

We had stayed in Marais several times before, but not in this area. It was very pleasant, less traffic than by the river, yet accessible to all major destinations by foot or Metro. Many restaurants and shops conveniently located. The proprietors were very proactive in their communciations.

Beautiful apartment in a small residence located about a 10-minute walk from Bastille and 5 minutes from the Charonne metro, so very good location. Many mini markets around, restaurants etc. The apartment is very cute, spacious, bright, the bedding comfortable, and above all, rare, there is really everything you could need (shower gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, some medicines…) Small criticism, the building is a little noisy like many Parisian buildings where you can hear everything through the walls but that's a matter of habit. Nicolas and Hélène were very responsive to messages and friendly. Note that they are on the same floor as the door next door if needed.

We loved our stay at Sophie’s. We really appreciated all the little extras that she provided to make us feel welcome. Great value and perfect location.

Yanis was extremely helpful and let us have a late check out which helped us with our big luggage. Flat was really cool. Loads of personality and soul and it felt like home. Great location and area 2min walk from the metro station and in a nice neighbourhood. We would recommend the restaurant opposite called Jones too.

This lovely apartment (seven floors up and no lift) was worth the climb! It's simply magic. It has everything one could need to enjoy Paris and, in our case, work. We will be back and can't wait for our next stay!

Vincent is a very hospitable host with a very comfortable, clean, and homey apartment. Vincent met us when we arrived in Paris and helped us settle into the flat. He sent us recommendations and walking routes with stops along the way! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for three nights and had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast, shower, and Vincent even left us water bottles and bottle of wine! There are great restaurants and shops nearby and metro is very accessible (1 block away). We would highly recommend staying here! Note the apartment is a third floor walk up without an elevator.

Alain was a lovely host and I enjoyed my stay at his house. His artistic expression is seen from the design of his spaces and the way he has decorated it with all the things he is passionate about. The morning breakfast was also a wonderful touch. Merci beacoup, Alain 😊

Accommodation in the heart of the vegetation. A small one on the outskirts of Paris. If you love nature and fullness, you'll be in the right place.

Morgan was an excellent host!! He always responded quickly to messages and was always very attentive and friendly. The space was spotless! Although small, it is very cozy. The location was also excellent, in a busy neighborhood, very beautiful and safe. The subway is a 2-minute walk away. It was a great stay, we love it and recommend it!

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

What a lovely, purely Paris stay! Dominique was so warm and hospitable! She shared France with us every morning while we savored croissants, coffee, yogurt, and fresh orange juice! What a delight! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great living room space filled with original art. The condo is very close to the Metro 6 station and it was very easy to get anywhere! Dominique gave us great suggestions for everything we needed and wanted to see. I would recommend staying here!
