Nice cozy home, close to everything, amazing food at walking distance. Very safe for our teens. Its Recommend especially it’s very close to the metro and bus to go around such amazing city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

Bertrand is a very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was ideal for five adults visiting Paris. Lovely surroundings and great local cafes, and amenities. I highly recommend circus apartment!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Our group consisted of two families with teens and we had plenty of room to spread out here. It’s in a great location, quiet and always felt safe walking even at night. Very close to metro/train, grocery store, and bakeries/restaurants. The kids made use of the board games provided. The washer/dryer came in handy too. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Paris with a large group.

France and Bruno are extremely welcoming hosts. Their apartment, superb, is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The outside is just as charming, and the private access to the hot tub and sauna is a real asset. I would highly recommend this property:)

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with a very gorgeous and calming vibe. The double rainshower is a nice add on.

For the price, the private spa side is very good. The only downside, but consistent with the price, is that there is no terrace or any outdoor place, to breathe a different air than that of the interior, which can be taken by the heat and humidity of the spa. And the outside immediately overlooks the street with passage. That said, there is the ceiling fan that helps to dehumidify, the steam room that also has a cold and hot shower (great shower by the way). Many things are well thought out (speaker behind the head when watching a movie in the hot tub with bubble noise, for example, screen visible from both sides). The tub is very good. The steam room works great too. The bed is comfortable. The welcome is great, with enough to cool off (even if you pay). The studio is not very large, but well optimized for 2 people.

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

We had a pleasant stay. Clean, well-equipped home with private parking, it's an advantage. Good communication with Astrid. We'll be happy to go back.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Charming cottage nestled on an island. Easy access to Paris (allow about 1 hour by RER) The cottage is decorated with taste. It is nice, clean and comfortable. Beautiful, very well maintained garden that you can enjoy in the morning while having breakfast on the terrace accompanied by birdsong. Very friendly and kind welcome from Magali the owner who is very available for her guests. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The four of us felt very comfortable in the terrace house and found the creative decoration very exceptional, which is designed with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is a bit cramped due to the large table, but all other rooms were a very good size. The bathrooms are very modern and the beds comfortable, although the beds in the children's room unfortunately squeak. You have many shops nearby and can walk to the nearest metro station in 10 minutes.
