Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Canal Saint-Martin

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a great living space, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. No problems with access, or noise and it's on a lovely street. The location is superb, just a few yards from Bastille and with plenty of nearby shops, cafes, restaurants and a great bakery up the road. The transport links are excellent, Notre Dame is strolling distance and the Marais is a wonderfully vibrant area to explore. We arrived late in the evening, so would have appreciated some milk in the fridge! And the local recommendations for cafes / shops / bakeries could be more extensive. But these are very minor quibbles. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay and enjoy Paris.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

We absolutely loved Vincent’s place — it was by our favorite airbnb we have stayed in Paris. It was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We also loved the neighborhood and it was close to so many amazing shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Paris! Katia and Thomas were very responsive and accommodating; check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. Any minor issues were handled immediately, and we had no concerns throughout our visit. The place was clean, easy to find, and the instructions provided were very clear and detailed. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to both bus and metro stations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a fabulous stay at Diane’s apartment. It is exactly as per the photos, and feels really spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly need. We found the area to be perfectly located, both to enjoy what was more immediately in the doorstep but also felt very connected to the rest of Paris. It was around a 30-35mins walk to Notre Dame, through the Marais which we really enjoyed, and also very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower on the Metro. We would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Paris!

Julie Anne’s apartment was modern, bright and clean. It is located in a wonderful location with plenty of cafes, patisseries and bistros within walking distance but insulated and quiet from any noise from the street. I appreciated Julie Anne’s quick response to a personal emergency situation which, thankfully, did not materialize. Would definitely stay here again! Merci Beaucoup

All around great! We spent a few days in Paris as a family of four and felt very comfortable in Fanny's apartment from the first minute. The apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished and has everything you need. The location is unbeatable: absolutely quiet and yet close to everything - several bars, restaurants, the metro and a supermarket are just around the corner. Fanny and François are excellent hosts - uncomplicated and quickly accessible, helpful, hospitable and always ready for all kinds of questions. We thank you for a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

This was a great location with lots of things to do around. There are some great restaurants and it’s easily walkable to the metro. I would stay again! Thanks for a wonderful trip to Paris!

Staying at Gilian’s place was amazing. The house was small but extremely comfortable, and a great walking distance to the centre of Paris in a quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay that’s great value for money.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Great host and a great apartment in a fantastic location

Christine’s place ticked all of our boxes for our recent trip to Paris, we had a very enjoyable stay! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants & eateries and close to several Metro stations to transport us anywhere. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed & laid out. It was a tight squeeze for 3 of us with our luggage but we made it work - the location, cleanliness & ammenities made up for that. Highly recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

This comfortable apartment was affordable and a good base to visit Paris. The canal and a lovely park are within walking distance and it is close to a metro station for travel around Paris. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I did have a problem getting the induction hob to work, as I have not used one before but, I messaged the apartment manager, who responded very quickly and provided a video to solve my problem. Siam was a very good host and I would certainly rent his apartment again, for short trip. Thank you Siam!
