Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia o amigos! El alojamiento con su porche y barbacoa es independiente y privado. Está en una parcela 5000m2, con aparcamiento, piscina, canasta de baloncesto, Wi-Fi, ... esta zona es compartida con el dueño y/o con otros huéspedes. Hay varias zonas de baño en el río Cabriel, también hay varios manantiales (todos de aguas termales, 27grados) con sus balsas naturales, como se ve en las fotos.

Nos encontramos en el bosque, en el corazón de la Sierra de Aitana, a 1000mts de altitud; zona de reserva natural, con ciervos en libertad, águilas, búhos, jabalies, arruis, perdices y más animales silvestres. La cabaña de madera esta totalmente equipada y aislada de tal manera que es perfecta para disfrutar en invierno y verano. Nos auto-abastecemos de energía eléctrica con una instalación híbrida solar-eólica. La finca se sitúa a quince minutos de Sella.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains, relax in one of the hammocks on the terrace or take a dip in the refreshing shared pool (note: the pool is not available from July 28 to August 31, 2025). The house is located in the middle of a true paradise where you can walk into the orange grove from November to May to pick your own oranges.
