House vacation rentals in Ca'n Pastilla

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

Ich kann diesen Airbnb-Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, und es wurde an alles gedacht, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war sehr gut, gerade auch dann, wenn man einen ruhigen Aufenthalt erleben möchte. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass der Gastgeber mir tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit – wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen und können es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!

I wish there were 6 stars for such places. Son Salvanet is full of grace, beauty and tranquility, and also the perfect base for forays into Valdemossa and the Tramontana. Casa Mimosa is simple yet has everything one needs. ‘Tread softly for you tread upon … dreams’! PS we are (older) hikers but we managed fine getting bus in to V and walking to SS, but taxi back from SS to Palma, and otherwise on foot or bus plus foot around the area. I say this for people who might like to minimise extra cars in Majorca…

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

We were 2 couples and had an amazing time and would glady stay again. It was great to sit outside at night and watch the stars. During the day we enjoyed the pool, the area also offers very nice restaurants 10/15minutes away.

Wir hatten einen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Portol mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus eignet sich durch die 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Bildern und die Aussicht wunderschön. Zwei große Autos können in der Einfahrt, direkt vor der Haustüre, parken. Check-In & Check-Out verliefen reibungslos und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind ein paar kleine Café’s, ein suma Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und eine Metzgerei. Das einzige Manko waren für uns die vielen Moskitos (Reisezeit Ende Mai/Anfang Juni). Leider gibt es im Haus keine Fliegengitter. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Haus aber sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

Das Haus ist wirklich klasse und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eines der vielen Highlights. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch und verbindet die Mallorca-Vibes mit modernem Design. Die ganze Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Einweisung verlief super und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die Vermietung der Unterkunft :)

Wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Wir wollten außerhalb vom Trubel sein und mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden. Dazu uns ausruhen und daheim kochen und die Zeit am Pool verbringen. Hat alles toll geklappt! Natürlich ist es im Mai noch nicht so heiß, das wussten wir aber. Der beheizte Pool machte es dennoch möglich. Toll!

This place is a GEM. A dream come to life. Everything about it is cozy and thoughtful. The beds and linens are very comfortable, plenty of fans and AC for warmer nights. We enjoyed the bikes that are very well taken care of and the outdoor furniture. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with hair dryer and soaps for travelers. We had a very early flight out and Esther was very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone who has the opportunity to as well!

Vi var ett tjejgäng på fyra personer som bodde hos Antonio i fyra nätter. Stället var väldigt fint och motsvarade förväntningarna. En bra utgångspunkt om du vill utforska ön. Själva byn är rätt liten, vilket vi visste om på förhand så vi spenderade kvällarna med middagar hemma på gården. Vi hyrde bil under tiden, vilket jag skulle säga är ett måste för att kunna ta sig till andra ställen. Det går bussar till Palma, men inte så frekvent, så vi fick ta Uber för ca 40-50 EUR per väg för att ta oss in till stan en kväll. Kan varmt rekommendera både Antonio som värd och själva boendet.

Sure—here’s a smoother version with a natural flow: One of our favorite stays anywhere. This place was perfect for our family to unplug and soak in the beauty of Deia. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and warm—quick to answer any questions we had. The walk down to the sea was stunning—rocky terrain but manageable and well worth it. Great access to hiking, with beautiful animals nearby and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive into Deia, and not far from Soller and Port de Soller either. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Miguel was AMAZING in every aspect. The whole family was very happy with this selection. We are looking forward to repeat this experience soon. Great job & wish you the best.

How happy we were to find Marissa’s place up in magical Fornalutx! Marissa responded immediately to my enquiry as we had changed our plans last minute which was great. The village is just beautiful and so peaceful. The smell on entering the property was unreal, like fresh linen and just very clean. We instantly felt calm and comfortable. After days out it was bliss to come back to this tranquil property. The beds are very comfortable all with natural duvets and actual real linen sheets which was wonderful! Great restaurants all within a couple of minutes and all mentioned in the information we were given. Thank you so much for having us and sharing your beautiful home with us all!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man stundenlang verweilen – alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Ankunft: Wasser, Brot, Obst, Käse und Eier – eine sehr herzliche Geste! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder lommen.

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Lovely place, beautiful views, peaceful setting. It is impossible to drive up to the house, let alone park near it, as it is in a dedicated walking-only area. This is important to know, especially if you're traveling with small kids or elderly people.
