5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Beautiful B&B surrounded by the Sienese hills. The apartment for 4 people was clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor area is lovely: vines, beautiful plants and a well-kept garden. The infinity pool - with a view - is definitely the highlight: the view is truly priceless. The host was courteous and helpful even in the face of some inconvenience that occurred during the stay. The only negative notes: check-in not uncomfortable. Upon our arrival, the key inserted in the key box was that of the studio and not of our apartment. Therefore, we had to contact the manager and wait for the arrival - after about 15 minutes - of the maid who provided us with the correct key. The apartment was clean except for the presence, near the sink, of many dead ants. The sink was clogged, so we reported it to the maid who intervened to unblock it. Overall, however, a really nice place that deserves a visit.

Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

We had a great time, the apartment matched the description, the location in the center was excellent, all the services are practically at your doorstep, cafés, restaurants... Free parking is easily a 5-minute walk, friendly and responsive host, absolutely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Incredibly beautiful place in the middle of breathtaking scenery! Thanks to Andreas' special hospitality and cordiality, we immediately felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The small town of Scansano has also grown dear to us. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️

I recommend this listing, very quiet while being close to the city 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very clean accommodation and caring hosts. We enjoyed everything for breakfast, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar, salt...
