Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Great place to stay. Beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Quality toilet paper. Perfect for one person, but could work for two people as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog! Fully fenced in yard, beautiful and peaceful and felt very private as well. We were greeted when we walked in with a bottle of wine and fruit/nuts from Kamilo's garden on the table, they were delicious! We met Kamilo in the driveway and chatted a bit, what a lovely person! He is super nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. The location is great! A few minutes drive from the beach and also from great restaurants and shops. Felt like a very safe, quiet neighborhood. It was so nice sitting outside even though it was cloudy/rainy during our visit. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed and couch/bed. If you are visiting from within the USA, check out the plants that Kamilo sells! They are a great price and such a great selection! If we didnt live in Canada, and can't take live plants back :( we would have bought them all! We hope to make it back again to stay here, loved it!

Great, responsive host and clean space with simply accessibility. Audrey's place was a great home base for me as I spent a few days in the Oceanside area.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Stacy is a most excellent host. Her Casita is in a great location in Oceanside and is quiet but full of human life. My wife and I booked this spot as a long weekend beach getaway and we loved our experience. Just minutes from your selection of beaches and a short drive to downtown SD. The amenities are outstanding. There was even a crock pot! We found it very easy to feel at home. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in the SD area.

This is our second year staying at Susan’s condo and it’s so great for a small family. Amazing location, all amenities needed, simple check in and check out. We love it here.

This was my second time staying at Sarah’s place in Vista, and it was just as great as the first! The home is peaceful, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell Sarah puts a lot of care into making sure her guests feel welcome—from the thoughtful touches around the house to how easy she is to communicate with. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway while still being close to everything in town. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

It's a lovely, rustic unique home. The hosts are very communicative with quick responses. The property is sprawling with trails to walk. The outdoor BBQ and kitchen is great!! The guest house uses an outdoor access bathroom, it was just steps away, no problem with that at all.

Our stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was cloudy and cool so we didn’t get to see the highlight of the sunset from the balcony. Otherwise, everything was great. The home was stocked with everything a family could possibly need. The decor is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The location is very convenient. We weren’t expecting cold weather but we were only about 10 minutes from Walmart, Target, Ross, and Burlington coat factory where we shopped around for sweats and hoodies. There are also plenty of food chains nearby. I would love to book again.

This serene hilltop location is everything the listing promises. Tucked away in seclusion, it’s the kind of place where you can actually exhale. The view from the deck is breathtaking — rolling hills, vines, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to come by these days. Birds wake you up chirping in the morning, no traffic. Inside, the home is cozy, perfect for a peaceful solo retreat or a relaxing weekend for two. Out a few miles are several boutique locations — and We texted for in and provides so we could take long walks with our pup under the trees. Waking up to the sound of birds and rustling leaves, watching the fog burn off from the valley below — it’s one of those stays that makes you forget to check your phone. Highly recommend if you’re craving calm, comfort, and a little wine country magic

Alicia and Michael's place is a dream. We reserved the space for a weekend celebrating our best friend's wedding. Although for us so many things happened that we had to change our arrival and departure times, Alicia and Michael were the breathe of relief we needed, They were flexible, kind, friendly and everything you would need an amazing host to be. The moments we had to rest and relax, the home did just that for us. The bed was so comfortable you melt in it, the couches were so amazing I fell a sleep every time I got on them, Much needed rest. Their property is just breathtaking and peaceful. From the fruit tree's to the animals and the views. I would HIGHLY recommend Alicia and Michaels beautiful and peaceful home to stay for anyone. Thank you both again for being such amazing hosts and beautiful humans.

Tasha’s place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short drive from some of the best wineries in the area. It made the whole wine tour experience super easy and enjoyable. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Temecula!

Great place. Hosted out of town folks visiting. Party of 14 in total. House was great, had all we needed, clean, and the surroundings were beautiful. Gladly stay again.

Space for everyone in your family and a beautiful backyard with pool and jacuzzi to relax in. The weather was perfect for our family reunion and having Kim’s home to host for an evening was exactly what we needed. It was honestly more space than what you see in the pictures. With three grown children, having their own private bedroom and bathroom added an extra level of comfort and benefit to stay here. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return in the future.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

Worked out great for partner retreat. Great balance of nature and home. Multiple meeting areas. Great kitchen. Sinks in bedrooms a plus. Master bath / shower excellent and best view from that room. Pool is well located. I would imagine there could be a yoga area on patio. Didn’t use movie room but den is fine for small mtg. Host is responsive/clear. TY Evan!

We had an amazing time staying here!!! There were 7 of us for our best friend's bachelorette party. We all had our own beds & all slept very well. The villa is gorgeous & had a great energy. Excellent views & location. We truly felt like we were staying at one of the most beautiful options in all of Temecula wine country! Thank you to Bill & team for being so responsive & pleasant to work with! Highly recommend! The spa was the highlight! Some oddities- Not much light at night in the bedrooms. Some comments mentioned the bed in the master bedroom closet. This bed is not shown in photos & is similar to the bedroom w/the sliding door (but in a closet w a sm. window). It was a nice, comfy bed - I can see it being great for someone w kids staying altogether in the master. We also had to buy a baking dish b/c the kitchen didn't have one. Family room is small but cozy & comfy! Very clean! Walking distance to 3 adjacent wineries. Be sure to BYO water & ice, & plan Ubers well in advance.

Beautiful retreat, very peaceful. It is off a narrow windy road, so only slightly difficult at night getting in or for my MIL using mapquest for navigation and turned on the wrong road. Overall would rent again

Great spacious space, with plenty of amenities and things to do and relax on the properties. When we had issues, we communicated and Aaron responded right away and even sent in help to troubleshoot immediately. Was very accommodating overall, great host! Highly recommend especially if you have large groups.
