great place to stay, newly furnished, clean and spacious. we had to book at short notice on the same day and Jonathan was very accommodating. would highly recommend staying here.

The house was everything that was described and had a lovely setting. There was every convenience and it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet. The views were really lovely and we both really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Even though it was very peaceful the house was very near the town centre which was great for cafes, restaurants and shopping. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we hope to return.

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

This was our second stay at Kate’s. It’s a great house, home-from-home feel, well-equipped, immaculately clean and an overall perfect place to stay.

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

We had a great week in Baldock at Malex's beautiful home! Lots of space and 2.5 modern bathrooms with big tub was nice. Easy train to London and Cambridge with a short walk to/from the station. Plenty of nice town & nature walks around Baldock. Make sure to check out Day's Bakery for fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches. Malex was very kind to meet us on arrival to show us around the property, but respects your privacy and is available only if you need help with anything. WiFi was solid, kitchen well appointed and modern, heating warm in chilly February, comfortable furnishings, laundry in-home if needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended as the perfect base for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Thank you Malex! Gary

Great stay. Lovely having fully self contained.

This is an absolute gem of a place steeped in history and honestly in the best location to central Cambridge. An extremely well stocked kitchen and spacious room made this a fantastic stay for us. The cherry on the cake was Tony who is an absolute legend of a human being!!

What a find Gaby and Susie’s cottage is a gem set in the most beautiful well loved garden . The cottage was warm and cosy and above all very peaceful . Minutes away from the park and ride into Cambridge and close to national trust Wimpole estate a must see. Everything you needed was in the kitchen the bed was very comfy after a long day sightseeing .A amazing welcome pack was there on arrival thank you for the chocolate bunnies and a great three days .

Great stay, had everything we needed

Lovely place to stay! We had 3 actors stay here during their Panto season and it was great. They had ease checking in/and out. The stay was lovely, clean and spacious, just what they needed to relax!

We had a great stay at the cottage, and it was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful home and well furnished for the stay. And great location, close to Cambridge and Sandringham for some lovely days out!

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.

Fantastic peaceful home, we felt comfortable and right at home immediately! Leonard was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. The place is so quiet and we saw many birds and animals around. Wonderful stay!

Three main rooms - kitchen, bedroom, and living room - were very spacious. Attractive setting, also private and quiet. All main amenities provided. Access provided to the garden. Histon is a close bus ride from Cambridge (No. 8 bus…). Plenty of local shops and good restaurants.

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Leonard is a wonderful host. I loved the place and the ambience. Looking forward to coming back soon.
