Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Meadow Cottage Cambridge Sleeps 8 Free car park

Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms are supplied with washing products & toilet rolls. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

Newnham home in heart of Cambridge centre +parking

The self contained house for two adults is light and beautifully fitted and furnished. It is well situated on the West side of Cambridge for walks or bike rides to the city centre, University Departments, Colleges, Concert Hall, Museums and theatres. Local shops and restaurants, river, park and meadows are a short walk. You are never more than a 20 minute walk in Cambridge. A ‘U’ bus links the University’s West Site to the Hospital and Biomedical Campus to the south. A great place to live.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge.
