St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Our house is in a pleasant setting, the flower garden and the smell of wisteria will make you feel like you're somewhere else. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.

This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
