Excellent location, there were 4 of us and we used the room and the sofa bed. There is heating and air conditioning, which helped us a lot on cold days. The kitchen is ideal for preparing something to eat, the bathroom is spacious and the garden is very nice. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. And the metro station is 5 minutes away.

We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

We were well received. They responded quickly and thought along with us. We felt welcome and enjoyed the beautiful clean modern apartment! The neighborhood we were in was particularly nice, with also in the private street places to have breakfast or a bite to eat. You can easily stick around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back for Madrid and also for this apartment!

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

the new and very clean apartment, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for two adults and a child, with two bathrooms, which is also very practical, the kitchen is very well equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet, next to a good coffee shop for breakfast, to the center you arrive perfectly with the train from Getafe station, it is 15-20 min, we loved everything, we came in Easter and we had a great time!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Excellent accommodation, unbeatable views and a great location. The house exactly as Manuel describes it, very well equipped. It has some paint and humidity flaws but they do not prevent you from enjoying your stay. We are confident that they will be repaired soon and we will definitely be back. The stay was great,I went with the family to be in Warner Bros for a couple of days and we decided on this place,it looked great in the listing and it was. We were able to enjoy a nice weekend. The hosts' attention was excellent as was the treatment. The house is quite comfortable and complete with nothing to miss. Silvia is an amazing host!! Wrote all the instructions clearly, was responding to our messages in a matter of minutes and answered all of questions. The place itself was very peaceful and relaxing. We got lucky with the weather and even went to the pool, which by the way was extremely clean and looked even better than in the pictures. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing weekend with friends and family.
