Vacation rentals with a kayak in Camano

We were wowed by this home! From the gorgeous interior decor to the beautiful landscaping to the incredible water views. The solarium was our favorite place to hang out and relax. We had everything we needed for our stay and were very comfortable. The upper loft room did get a bit warm but there was a fan provided.

Came here with 2 of my friends, incredible spot if you are looking to be close to beautiful mountains and hikes , we were about 15 minutes from major towns and grocery stores, woke up to the lake and Mountain View which was awesome! The spot itself did exactly what we needed, we kayaked caught some trout and had a good spot to sleep every night . Only thing I would change is the futon pull out couches are not the comfiest, we are in our 20s so we were perfectly fine. 10/10 would stay here again

This cute cottage was perfect for our 2-day stay on Camano Island. We were able to start our island-circling bike ride right from the front door. The cottage is located on the west side of the island and not far from the water’s edge, so the sunsets are gorgeous. Best of all, Stacey and Scott are great hosts. We discovered the wonderful Ale Spike Brewery thanks to Scott’s recommendation.

Very quiet and peaceful property. Beautiful view of the lake. All beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Travis responded to any questions I had. This property will be kept on our list if we visit north of Seattle again. Thank you.

The weather was great - we enjoyed the deck and the fantastic view. We watched the ship traffic and the changing sky. A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time at Chris's place! All of the little thoughtful touches really made it feel special. We had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna and walkability to the beach were extra wonderful perks! The view was amazing and we even saw the northern lights! Thank you for a magical stay!

By far the best experience I’ve had with an Airbnb! Talked to the host a few times before our stay and she gave so much information and was beyond helpful. We got to check in early which was amazing. We loved the flexibility with check in/check out times. We had an absolute blast. Nothing better than being right on the water. My nephews had a blast walking the beach and looking for shells. We lucked out and had beautiful weather the whole weekend. My siblings took the kayaks out a few times and seen all kinds of starfish. The house was absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time out on the back deck looking for whales, which we did see one of the days we were there! We will absolutely be coming back. I can’t wait to spend my next birthday there! I highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it!

This was a great place to get a little bit of down time for us. The kitchen had all the kitchenware and utensils we needed to create home cooked meals. The view was beautiful. Tim, the owner of the place whose contact info you finally get once you reserve, was very responsive to my questions. Evolve is kind of a door in and a door out, but the bulk of the interactions are with the owner who created this place with his wife. In the photos on the Airbnb site, the place looks like there is a lot of pink. The color in the photos is off. The main color was crimson which was much more palatable to our tastes. This place is tucked in on a private dirt road with lots of potholes, etc, but that makes it that much more separate from the rest of the world and a bit more isolated, although there are nice neighbors. A high clearance vehicle would make access a bit easier. This was a 7 min drive from the 2 places we needed to be. Easy to get turned around, so use GPS the first few times.

The cottage is very comfortable, peaceful and has a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, visiting the beaches and watching sunsets from the covered porch. The bed was especially comfortable and we slept great! Husband especially loved the turntable and awesome record collection! A word of caution if you have any mobility issues- there are several steps up to the front door from where you park on the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful cottage with an amazing view of the water. It's the perfect size for two. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the variety of sitting space inside and on the deck. Best beach access off all the neighboring beach houses. Peggy is super friendly, really making us feel at home. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. ⭐️5

We stayed here with our 3 dogs and had a very relaxing getaway. Mimi was there to greet us and show us around the house and property. She was very friendly and welcoming. There were fresh eggs and bottles of water in the fridge. Plus there is a hot/cold water dispenser that was very handy. The yard is good-sized (lots of plants and flowers to see) and completely fenced in so our dogs were able to sniff and explore on their own. So happy we found a place that is willing to let us bring our pups along! Super comfortable couch for watching TV in the evening. Beds are also very comfortable with big fluffy pillows and blankets. Very cozy and homey. The covered porch was great for meals with lots of bird feeders right outside the window for entertainment. Lots of attention to small details everywhere you look. Great location within walking distance of Deception Pass State Park and the marina. A short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, this was a excellent place to stay!

The Elf House was the perfect sanctuary for my solo retreat. I was able to disconnect and unwind in a peaceful environment that had everything I needed. Including a piano! They were great hosts with plenty of clear instructions to cover any questions that may arise. I wish I was staring out their window at the water right now.

We had a wonderful stay! We're a family with three young boys under the age of 8, and the home worked really well for us overall. A couple of small suggestions that might help future guests: it gets very bright upstairs in the early morning — our kids were up at 4:30am on the first day! Curtains or blackout shades would make a big difference. We ended up using foil as a quick fix, which worked well. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. For families with young kids (or older guests), a small set of portable stairs down to the sand would be helpful. We temporarily moved the hot tub steps to make it easier, which worked in a pinch. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked for cooking, and the neighborhood is peaceful with absolutely stunning views. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. This is a fantastic place for a large gathering—we enjoyed every moment of our stay! The location is peaceful and quiet, with the nearest neighbor at a comfortable distance, offering plenty of privacy. One of the highlights was spotting lots of seals lounging close to the cottage—a delightful and unique experience. The space is well-maintained, cozy, and perfect for creating lasting memories. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings, this place offers a perfect escape. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Our stay at this great Airbnb on Lake Cavanaugh was amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay and play. Be aware that you will be a good 30+ minutes from any need or activity, but for us it was the perfect setting for a visit to the PNW. We drove to North Cascades NP (2ish hours), took the ferry to the San Juan Islands (1:15 to the ferry), and drove to the cute town of Fairhaven (1:15). Loved everything about our stay. Hosts were always responsive and welcoming!

Very clean, very nice property in mother nature's lap. We felt very thankful for being able to enjoy the beauty and the calmness of this place. The experience has added to our repertoire of family memories. We highly recommend the place and Aaron and Shannon as great hosts.

We had a great time at Lake Cavanaugh. We brought our 19ft aluminum boat to fish for a few days. The fish were active and tasted great. In our downtime we kayaked, paddle boarded, played games and scanned some of the interesting books. We appreciate the welcoming hospitality we received from Candace.

We loved our time at Jimmy’s. We were looking for a place to unplug and relax for a couple of days and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful and right on the lake- what more could you ask for?! We spent most of the time on the dock fishing and caught a lot of trout. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the house is stocked with games and puzzles. Wish our stay didn’t have to end. Highly recommend 🫶

Great location with easy access to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with items and it felt like Joni spent some good time there. Neighbors were very friendly. I would like to return. The property was super clean and Joni was very responsive and friendly host.

This was the perfect get away cabin! It’s just far enough out of the cities to feel secluded but close to enough to not feel like it’s a constant commute to do anything. The cabin was extremely well stocked and a very comfortable stay. Every evening was perfect with the deck and views to settle down for the night. I hope to be able to come again soon!

Inside and out, this place is amazing! There is so much to do on site, I calI it the "yes" house. Can you use the indoor fireplace? Yes! Can you use the grill? Yes! Can you use the kayaks? Yes! Everything you see is shared with you! (A note on the kayaks, they were too tipsy for us so next time we'll try their standup paddleboards.) In addition, this is the most well-stocked house I HAVE EVER SEEN! Tons of towels, blankets, etc but then additional things that save you trips to the store... matches, batteries, and a FULLY loaded kitchen! Our favorite activities were hunting for sea treasures, watching all the harbor seals pop their little heads up, making campfires in the evening, and watching the ferry when it chose to dock at the terminal that's right in front of the house. (There is an amazing view from the upstairs bedroom when it's there!) If there's poor weather, the house is still loaded with fun from games, puzzles, and a huge projector screen tv down in the ferry room.
