A tiny house of about 30 square meters with double views of the outside (on the front a large garden shared with us, in the back a private, fresh and shaded courtyard). L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
