The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

Super cool Place was there for a week, I love bidets and they have the throne of all thrones. Heated seats, ocean views! I mean come on

Studio-sized place with amazingly-well-appointed kitchen (you could actually cook or bake there!). Bedroom mostly taken up with HUGE (California King-sized?) bed; pretty comfortable, but unnecessarily playground-sized (even for 2 good-sized adults). Lighted walk-in closet (nice!); good for out-of-the-way storage of suitcases, cooler, etc.). Beautiful residential neighborhood with ocean views, CVS, restaurants, shops - all only a short half-block away. Thermostat reasonably intuitive, as were all other appliances. Occasionally heard residents upstairs, but of short duration, not particularly intrusive, & only during the day. All in all, would happily book this place again!

Sweet suite! Comfortable bed, private. Loved being close to awesome coffee shop and bakery. Took some nice walks on nearby roads along the coast. Cynthia was very responsive and quick to help us when we got locked out of the front gate.
