Townhome vacation rentals in Calp

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

The house is perfect and has a beautiful private garden. Close enough to the action but far enough away to relax. The house has everything you need and Alex is a great host and genuinely cares that you have everything you need. Pool area is pristine and friendly. I will be back.

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

Excelente estancia en una casa bien equipada, ordenada y práctica. Buena comunicación con anfitrión y facilidad de acceso autónomo. Ubicada en el centro de Calpe, a un paseo de la playa, con servicios básicos, supermercados, ocio, tiendas y restauración.

Casa muy cómoda y bien equipada. A 3 minutos andando de la playa. Con mantas por si hace frío y además bomba de aire frío y caliente. Jardín muy agradable. Anfitriona disponible en todo momento.

La estancia ha sido fantástica. La casa se ubica en una urbanización privada, bonita y tranquila desde la que se ve Benidorm al fondo y el mar. Se encuentra a 8min en coche de Benidorm, y a 4min de la zona de centros comerciales. Muy bien comunicada. La casa es excelente, limpia, amplia, bien equipada, el jardín perfecto. La única pequeña pega es que a veces saltaba la luz si tenías secador y lavavajillas encendidos por ejemplo. La dueña pendiente y muy amable.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien placée et très bien équipée. Malgré quelques soucis en début de séjour indépendant de mon hôte, celle ci a été très arrangeante pour trouver des solutions et que nous soyons bien. Zone très agréable, copropriété très jolie, très calme un havre de paix. Nous recommandons Gudi et son logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super maison idéal pour les vacances, bien situé avec beaucoup d'équipements. Tout étais propre, l'hôte est accueillant et très réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Es steht uns nicht zu, zu bewerten, aber wir sagen einfach ein grosses DANKE. Ein herzliches Willkommen mit kleinen - nicht selbstverständlichen - Extras. Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

We hebben het fantastisch gehad en hebben zelfs gevraagd of we langer konden blijven, maar helaas was het al doorgeboekt. El campello vonden we verassend mooi en rustig, ook het strand. Een goede uitvalsbasis om zee, stad en ook de bergen te verkennen. Waarschijnlijk was het ook rustig doordat we hier in april waren 😀. Het huis was schoon, ruim en een super leuke patio en tuin op het noorden. Het huis heeft geen uitzicht op zee (maar dat hoeft van ons ook niet), maar het strand is echt mega dichtbij. Het zwembad is ook lekker, ook bij 21 graden al prima te doen. In ieder geval vonden de kinderen dat 😉. Op het moment dat wij er waren werd er een sportveld voor de voordeur geïnstalleerd. Vast erg leuk zodra het af is (basketbal en voetbal naar het leek). We konden niet om 16 uur in het huis, er werd nog schoongemaakt. Maar het huis was toen wel goed schoon. Wat ons betreft in ieder geval een aanradar. Bedankt!

Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y su entorno tranquilo. Tiene dos plazas en el garaje subterráneo, ideal para tener el coche fresquito. La piscina que teníamos al lado estaba siempre sin gente y pudimos disfrutarla más. La playa es de piedras y no tiene aglomeraciones. Lo único a destacar es que la casa tiene poco menaje, echamos en falta vasos, cuchillos que cortaran y las baldas de la puerta de la nevera para tener más espacio de almacenaje.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison Lidia. Lidia est une hôte disponible et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons certainement. Le patio avec la table pour passer des bons moments.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Sonnenaufgänge ist einfach unglaublich genial. Dazu noch Calpe fußläufig erreichbar und genügend Parkplätze. Einfach super.

Todo muy correcto y fácil. Vecindario tranquilo, sin ruidos, aparcamiento en garaje interior del Adosado y parking gratuito al lado de la casa. La comunicación muy rápida y precisa. Anfitriones amables.

Great stay! The host was super friendly and helpful, which made everything really easy. The place was very clean, comfortable, and just as described. Everything went perfectly —would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Davinia's house. It was so useful to have all the equipment we needed for our baby (cot, high chair and bath and baby bouncer) as not many places have this. It also had a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster etc.. Davinia was a great host and always replied quickly. We thought we had broken one of the blinds but she explained the steps to fix it and it worked. (don't pull them up too high or it gets stuck!!). The area is very peaceful and only 5 minutes from the beach and Carribiners tram stop. Lots of nice cafes nearby (restaurants too but we did not use them). We would love to stay again!

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in de woning. De host is heel erg vriendelijk en reageert snel.

Buena ubicación para desconectar unos días y descansar, cerca del pueblo pero apartado de la masificacion de Semana Santa. José estuvo atento en todo momento. La piscina estaba abierta incluso siendo abril un puntazo.
