Great location, 5minute walk to the beach, the old town, and the lift to the castle. 10minute walk to the centre of the city. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery, butcher and fruit and veg shop beside the apartments. Very easy check in and check out process. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge and booking a taxi, it was much appreciated.

Had a fantastic stay at Jose’s apartment, ticked every box for us best stay ever , a great find 🤝. Jose kept in touch & met us at his apartment, we were so pleased with the standard of the property, great styling , wonderful view of castle. Nice to have 5 nights in a luxury penthouse in the perfect area for us to explore. Everything is near a great supermarket, fantastic indoor market. 10 minutes to the Marina & beach . We used some of Jose’s restaurant recommendations, lots of Paella , seafood, tapas just a real Spanish beautiful city. We definitely will be back & highly recommended. Thanks Jose ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 10/10

Magnificent apartment and wonderful host. There's nothing we don't like. The apartment is very beautiful and modern, with a nice terrace and is bigger than it looks in the photos. Large rooms, with two bathrooms with toilets. Everything you need is provided by Alejandro. In the city centre but in a quiet location. In the vicinity there are shops, restaurants, city transport, 10 minutes walk from the sea. For the welcome, the host greeted us with a car, beer, croissants that he had left for us and various types of coffee, spices and water, which is rarely offered by other rental homes. Our contact with Alejandro was quick, easy and helpful. This is a dream place. Thanks Alejandro. Hope to be your guests again. We heartily recommend this apartment. Everything was gorgeous. Stay healthy !

Hi now my wife and I stayed at this place for 2 weeks . First of all for check in, the ad says until 7pm our flight was delayed and we were only there at 8:30 pm. This was handled by the hostess Soledad with super good understanding and waiting for us. we were greeted very warmly with a bottle of cava. When she showed us the apartment, it was not, as in the pictures, but much larger, especially the living/dining room. The entire apartment was equipped with air conditioning. Right outside the front door 2Irish pubs with over 250 beers, 2 cafes, 3 restaurant supermarket(Mercadona), Aldi, bakery and 2 tobacco shops, all within 5 minutes walking distance. Despite all these shops when you turn on the climate and you don't hear any windows at all. We were incredibly satisfied. Albufera Beach 10 min Beach almendrada 7min beach San juan playa 30min all walking distance. On the doorstep 2 S-Bahn L3&L4 and bus lines 21&22 that run even at night. 10/10 points

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Great house, with perfect family accommodation. Three bedrooms upstairs on same level as kitchen / living room / terrace / dining area and one downstairs. Very well equipped overall especially kitchen, would have loved a bbq but made use off the plancha instead. Close enough to plenty of good beaches both sand and rocky. Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very responsive when we called and responded quickly when needed. An example being was we had an issue with a hob that wasn’t working. We phoned and within 15 minutes somebody came to check it. As it couldn’t be repaired immediately we given a replacement counter top hob that did the job - excellent service! Easy walkable distance to shops, beach and restaurants. The pool was fantastic. We had a lovely holiday.
