Tolle Unterkunft in ganz zentraler Lage. Ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Ausstattung, inklusive Waschmaschine. Sehr zu empfehlen! Mit dieser Unterkunft macht man nichts verkehrt! Organisation sehr nett und freundlich. Bei Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und deshalb kann es nicht sein! Daher fünf Sterne!

Super séjour à Madère dans un logement plutôt bien situé, calme et paisible avec une vue extraordinaire. Hote bienveillant, réponds aux demande et très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

A lovely spot with great views of Funchal. The location was very close to a supermarket, good restaurants, and many bus stops. The host and his assistant were very helpful and responsive.

Unser Aufenthalt in Madeira war nicht nur schön, sondern dank dieser Unterkunft wirklich entspannt und besonders unkompliziert. Was uns besonders beeindruckt hat, war die herausragende Flexibilität: Wünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt, individuelle Anliegen immer freundlich und lösungsorientiert umgesetzt. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und echter Gastfreundschaft gearbeitet wird. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, persönlich und hilfsbereit – das schafft Vertrauen und ein rundum gutes Gefühl. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Très bel appartement très bien décoré et équipé, fonctionnel et très propre. La vue depuis la chambre et le salon est très belle : vue sur l’océan. L’emplacement est très calme et paisible. Possibilité de garer la voiture gratuitement. Plein de petites attention qui ont embelli notre séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement avec une très belle terrasse équipée !!

My husband and I just returned from a fantastic 8 night stay at Lucio’s apartment. The apartment is large , was very clean and looked just like the photos. The location was a great starting point to explore the island. We enjoyed being in a quieter town that was still very central. There were plenty of restaurants that were walkable for dinner each night. We really enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Lucio was very friendly and responsive and has really set this apartment up with all the perfect amenities for a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Madeira!

The accommodation is great, everything as described and in the photos. It is a bit dated, but we felt very comfortable there. Bruno gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. When there was a problem with the water pump on the second day, he sorted it out very quickly. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Madeira ist bezaubernd und die Unterkunft war es auch! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. In den Schlafzimmern sind kleine "Fenster" um mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen zu können. Constantino war super nett, immer hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen zur Insel hatten und er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Dieser Airbnb war jeden Cent wert! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!!! Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Le logement était parfait et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Quartier tranquille et bien situé. Luis a été très accueillant et a donné de bonnes recommandations locales. Nous recommandons fortement!

Das im Bauhaus-Stil gehaltene Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Es sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Das Haus war gesamte Haus und die Terrassen waren sehr sauber inklusive der Bäder. Der Pool war wie vereinbart beheizt und durch die Abdeckung hat er auch sehr gut die Temperatur gehalten. Fatima hat sich direkt am zweiten Tag kurz bei uns vorgestellt, sie ist sehr nett und wir hatten sofort ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Wir durften sogar ein paar Tomaten aus Ihrem heimischen Garten probieren. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit Poolzeit und Wandern verbringen möchte, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!

A charming little apartment right on the Ocean. Perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. If you love listening to the sounds of the waves crashing, this is for you. Sandra has thought of everything, very welcoming. There is a local little bar only a few steps away and a couple of restaurants all within walking distance. Very walkable from the accommodation along the ocean front. Pretty well located but you definitely need a car so as to go hiking and to do any shopping. Though there are buses nearby. Thankyou to Sandra for everything.

Magnifique logement et bien équipé, avec une superbe vue sur l’océan. Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. Un détail est que la maison se trouve proche d’un lieu touristique donc il y a du passage pendant la journée ce qui peux ralentir légèrement le trafic sur la route d’accès au logement, mais cela ne dérange pas le calme de la maison qui reste isolée et agréable à vivre. Nous conseillons ce logement !

The gardens, views, and location are top notch. Cute little place. Easily walkable down to town, the beach, and trails.

Danke an Joana und Juan für den herzlichen Empfang in eurer Unterkunft. Die lokalen Tipps von Juan waren toll und das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist in bestem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

Logement fonctionnel dans une résidence sécurisée avec Parking. Un petit balcon est très appréciable. L’autre est d’un accueil des plus chaleureux avec beaucoup de recommandations et de conseils de site exceptionnels à visiter. Attention deux lits séparés dans la chambre.

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

Superbe appartement ! Parfait pour un séjour a Madère. Le logement est tout équipé avrc une salle de bain par chambre ce qui est très pratique pour un groupe de voyageurs, la résidence avec piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Hôte disponible pour toute question.

La cittadina è davvero bella, facile raggiungere a piedi i dintorni e bellissimi locali dove mangiare. Comodissima la presenza di garage. Casa come da descrizione e fornita del necessario.

We loved staying here! Fantastic location for a vacation in Madeira and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
