Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Rafael was an incredible host. He madebsurebevery single detail was taken care of. He was considerate and kind and the house was everything we could of imagined. Well appointed and next to beautiful beaches and hiking. Definately recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Maria per 10 giorni ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Maria è un’ospite attenta e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare con cortesia e discrezione. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo, funzionale e ben organizzato. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Raffaella hat ihr Haus im Grünen mit sehr viel Liebe restauriert und ausgestattet, samt wundervollem gepflegten Garten den man für sich alleine hat. Ein traumhafter Ort in den Hügeln, Abends Sternebeobachten und morgens Frühstück unterm Olivenbaum, oder Schattenplatz bei der Küche, oder Sonnenliegen auf windgeschützter Terrasse, oder in der Hängematte, viele Traumstrände mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Alles im Haus ist sehr gepflegt und durchdacht. Rafaella hatte tolle Tipps ausgearbeitet als Datei aber auch aktuell ein Stadtfest, das sie uns empfahl. Man lebt draußen, was wir sehr genossen, man muss zum Bad und zur Küche über den Hof, was durch die idyllische und private Lage aber kein Problem darstellt. Auto ist nötig da ca 1 Km von der Hauptstraße weg, parken innerhalb der Hofmauern ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können Raffaella und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen wollen wieder hin.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Zeit auf Sardinien in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen! Die Lage ist super – ruhig und umgeben von atemberaubender Natur. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die großzügige Terrasse, auf der wir abends bei einem Glas Wein den Sternenhimmel beobachten konnten. Lucia waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Es war spürbar, dass sie viel Wert darauf legt, dass ihre Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Danke für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Het is een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen. Een lust voor het oog. Je voelt je meteen heel erg welkom en de omgeving doet je meteen ontspannen. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Onze familie heeft genoten van alle rust en schoonheid van se plek.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Paola’s home near Pula. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and the location was lovely and peaceful. It has a fantastic view with a relaxing outside area, comfy beds and spotless clean. Perfect for a chilled week in the sun. Paola is a wonderful host. Lots of timely and useful communication and was always available if we had any questions. She also offered lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel right at home.

Una piacevole sorpresa in un posto incantevole. La struttura corrisponde a descrizione e foto. La signora Giovanna e suo marito ci hanno accolti ed assistiti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. La posizione è molto strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona compresa la spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. Torneremo volentieri

Très bon séjour chez Angelo et sa famille. Le lieu, en pleine nature, est paisible tout en étant à proximité des axes le reliant aux zones touristiques. Angelo est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

Siamo stati benissimo l’appartamento e’ a circa 500 metri dal centro in zona tranquilla ha tutti i confort ci cui uno ha bisogno si può mangiare fuori c’è un piccolo giardino con delle poltrone molto confortevole lo consiglio vivamente e la padrona gentilissima.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Melissa was great, very helpful. The house was spotless and we loved the decor. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important for my son, who loves cooking. We loved the mix of sea, beaches and rugged hills. The restaurants in the surrounding area and walkable distance are very nice. We have made a lot of memories and enjoyed the summery weather we have been so missing in Britain this year.

Paulo and his wife were lovely hosts and every care was taken to make us welcome. I know Airbnb has (sadly) moved on from its initial intentions of providing a genuine home from home with B and B but this is a place in the old tradition with toast , milk etc so guests can make a breakfast and more. Much appreciated. Also, a hiccup with the A/C was addressed quickly and in person. Also much appreciated!

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

casa dotata di tutti i comfort a 10' a piedi dalla spiaggia di Buggerru, 5' di macchina da spiaggia di San Nicolò, 15' da Cala Domestica e 30' da Porto Flavia. a 2 passi ci sono supermercato, ristoranti e mercato comunale. casa moderna, con a/c, lavastoviglie e lavatrice asciugatrice. arredata con tutti i comfort, letti comodi, parcheggio semplice. consigliata come base per esplorare questa parte della Sardegna. tornerei volentieri!

Que dire si ce n'est que le logement est magnifique. les plages de Porto Pino sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. La communication avec Syrthe s'est très bien passé et nous avons apprécié ses recommandations forts bénéfiques. Logement mieux que les photos. On y retournera sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Angelo. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Von der Spülmaschine über die Sonnenschirme für den Strand bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Besser geht es nicht wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern (wir haben zwei) verbringen möchte. 1 Minute ans Meer zu Fuß sind unschlagbar. Angelo war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung etc. gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur aufs Wärmste weiterempfehlen.

Une maison idéale pour se reposer et être au calme, tout en pouvant se baigner juste en bas dans une plage sublime. Des plages très belles aussi à 10’ en voiture. Et l’isola du San Pietro et sa ville Carloforte valent vraiment le détour. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Alessandra.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est spacieuse, comme la description, la résidence est calme et propre, nous avons même vu des biches et des cerfs !! Belle terrasse et piscine. Antonella est très gentille et flexible (nous sommes arrivés un peu tardivement). Il nous ont accueilli avec quelques spécialités locales. Je recommande vivement

La casa è splendida. Il soggiorno è stato oltremodo piacevole. Lisetta e suo marito sono persone affabili, distinte ed ospitali. È stato un piacere essere ospiti e replicherò sicuramente.

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.
