It has terraces, a garden of more than 3000 m2, a soccer field, and more than 100 sheep and 20 donkeys. The property is 250 hectares with very pleasant trails and paths and mountains. With beaches 5 minutes away (ROMANTIC CALA, CALA MANDÍA, CALA BARQUES). The supermarkets are in Manacor, also a 5-minute drive away.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
