Monthly Rentals in Cadishead

Augustine is a great host and even went to the extent of calling the local gym to get me pricing as they wouldn't accept my calls from the USA. The accommodation was perfect location to be close to an aging mother who I needed to visit. The property inside is secure, clean and has everything that I needed for a functional stay. I didnt need much at all. The rear of the property (car park) and the shared hallway are not very welcoming but once inside it is extremely well kept, clean and safe. For me the host is doing a great job.

We are a retired couple from Scotland with a wee collie. We were looking for a new “base” for extended trips to lymm as our son, who stays there, has just had a new baby. We can thoroughly recommend Little Gem cottage. It exceeded our expectations- very warm and homely, quiet but close to amenities. Cottage had lots of thoughtful and artistic quirks to the building itself, but also garden and lovely interior. Access to the garden was great for our dog, and we enjoyed local walks close by. There’s a local “cook” shop for those who know the frozen food company and we also enjoyed Sunday roast in the Crown close by. Ed and Cat were extremely helpful and easily available We would rate this within our best Airbnb experiences and will definitely be back!

Really relaxing overnight stay. The house is in a peaceful street a few minutes walk from a good canal walk in either direction. Inside it makes you feel very at home with everything you need/could want for a family visit. Except a corkscrew!

Ellen was so friendly and really helpful when booking a weekend staying in her beautiful home. When we arrived we were blown away with how homely the place was my son wanted to stay. It was so clean and had everything you needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you again
