Monthly Rentals in Cacicedo

My partner and I, we were looking for a few quiet days and disconnection, and of course in Antonio's place, that's what we found. The location is great, as you have several villages nearby to visit, and the town of Santander, less than 20mins. It's definitely the perfect place to disconnect, but don't get bored. The hosts have been attentive; the spotless casita, a real monad, and if you like animals, their dog Elmo a charm... we would choose this place again without hesitation.

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

Apartment exactly as they describe it, just like the photos, totally renovated and everything new or in excellent condition, perfectly air conditioned, very nice and comfortable for the 4 people we were, easy to reach with correct and clear instructions to access the apartment. Sarah great as a host, always attentive and answering all questions almost at the moment. Totally recommendable, outstanding value for money! Thank you for everything Sarah
