Monthly Rentals in Cabrita Point Beach

We had an amazing time at Casa Cabrita. This could just be the most perfect location on the island: High on a peninsula at the very tip of St Thomas, looking out towards St. John's with 200 degree (or more) panoramic views of the water and surrounding islands (the pictures really can't convey how nice it is). The house itself is just amazing - modern, beautifully furnished, huge outdoor covered porch with large table and sofa. The team at Sunny Days were wonderful, friendly and pro-active hosts, ready with suggestions for anything that you would like to do. I would recommend this place without reservation.

The condo is clean and furnished well. All of the provisions were spot on from the beach blanket, beach towels, snorkel gear, and chairs to the nice touch of a note with some refreshments in the fridge when we arrived. Deb was very responsive and attentive via chat and helpful with mentions to get around locally. The view is the best feature. We will be back!!

This is a neat little spot. we stayed in 3 places over both STT and STJ. This last leg we wanted something with crashing waves. It was great. there were some vacations rental guests next door that were rude and smoked quite a bit even though they weren't suppose to. No fault of either property manager managing our places. This is why I didn't reduce the number of ratings. I'm in property management must and understand outside factors. Note, this is not a beach you will want to swim from. It's teaming with sea creatures and this includes urchins. If you love to explore tide pools, theire right outside. You will enjoy staying here and its very convenient to town without the dust and noise!

We love the condos at Cabrita by the Sea. We chose this location because of the ocean being literally steps away. Nothing like listening to the waves before bed and waking up to the same in the morning. Veronica was an amazing host. Super responsive and her recommendations of things to see and do in the area was outstanding. The condo had all the necessities and then some. It was the vacation we needed and Veronica’s place was the perfect place to call home during our time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us and being a great host.
