We were surprised by the weak cellular internet connection and also by the need to receive a gardener 4 times to water the plants, which was not previously communicated, which can cause discomfort or difficulty with dogs, so I recommend asking beforehand. The house is comfortable and equipped, the bed is huge and comfortable, the living room sofa is adequate and serves well. The only reservations would be the lack of internet and landscaping choices that require constant maintenance. If this doesn't bother you or the problems are resolved, perfect accommodation.

Our fourth visit to Buzios, and after trying pousadas, central apartments, etc.; we found everything we were looking for in this accommodation. Spacious, ideal for children, either by the pool or the games in the park. Unbeatable location, two blocks from the main avenue and four from the right side of Geriba (spacious beach without much turmoil even in season), supermarkets nearby. The condominium staff is friendly and attentive. The house is equipped for all kinds of stays and we really appreciate the thoughtful touch of having fresh water when we arrived! Highly recommended.

We loved Mildred's space and home. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We settled very well. It has everything a house needs. Internet access and super quiet place. We even prepared a delicious kale from Mildred's garden. We love it and will definitely be back. The hostess is very friendly and has made us super at ease.

The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. I stayed for 4 days in the Hut of the Birds inside the refuge and I can say it was an amazing experience. Both Paula and the Magnus and even the animals were super hospitable, making me and all the other guests of the refuge be able to feel at home. I loved to spend this moment away from the big city mess.

The location is good, close to downtown. The cottage is very cute, clean, the view is beautiful, there is no way to measure by the photos, it personally conveys an immense peace that view. In the afternoons a family of Tití monkeys would pass by, which we were able to feed with bananas. Great! It doesn't have a garage but it doesn't need it, leaving the car at the door is fine. We feel safe at any time of day or night. It's three blocks from Porto da Barra, where it's very nice to walk to for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach you have to go by car or the vans that pass by very close. The house is just like the photos. It's spacious and airy. For those who want tranquility and nature, it's great!
