We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend it!

The rooms of the property are large, have many closets and were well cleaned, the furniture and appliances are of high quality. It was a great experience. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is located close to the bakery , bars and pharmacy. It is a great spot for young couples who like to enjoy a pub at night. Sigi was attentive throughout our stay. For those who like to cook the stove and oven work very well. A car is required for trips to the supermarket.

I've known Cabo Frio for years and this time I decided to stay in a central and strategic location, close to all kinds of commerce, market and bakeries. The condominium is on a super quiet street and as the apartment is not turned on the side of the street it is super quiet and extremely quiet, not to mention that we do not have the visit of mosquitoes and hamstrings. It is very close to the end of the beach of the fort. Then you can do everything on foot. My 2-year-old son had a lot of fun on the beaches, as in the pool and kids space of the condominium. Everything went well.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

I loved the place, both myself and my family. Very comfortable, has good restaurants nearby, supermarket and the beaches are very close to the place. We will be back soon, Opigado.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Our family felt at home we were super welcome and will always come back 🙏❤️

Luiza was a great host, we had a problem with the bedding and she resolved it promptly. She was super flexible with our check-in and check-out. Which helps a lot when traveling with children. The apartment is in a safe condominium near the Cabo Frio canal. It has a playground and a swimming pool. We only missed air conditioning in the living room where the sofa bed is located. As there were mattresses available, our children slept in the room with us in the air-conditioning. Another observation is that it does not have a drinking water filter. So bring a bottle of mineral water.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, smells nice and is very fresh. It is close to the Dunas beach, market, bakery and pharmacy. Me and my family love space. I hope to return soon. Sérgio is a great host.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house surprised us positively: it is extremely comfortable, beautiful and very well located, close to great beaches, Porto da Barra and downtown Búzios. The condominium is also incredible, with a modern and tasteful infrastructure — gym, sauna, an excellent pool, comfortable lounge chairs and a super pleasant coexistence area. The three parking spaces are independent and the condominium has 24-hour gatekeepers, which made us even more relaxed. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful, always answering our questions quickly. Without a doubt, I recommend the stay and, when I return to Búzios, I intend to stay again in this house!

The place is beautiful, the view of the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and was ready to help us. We made good use of the facilities, the gym is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the WiFi works very well even in outdoor areas such as the pool and gym. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. Although it is far from the center of Buzios, there is no problem getting around by Uber or car, you can get anywhere in 20 minutes.

I was very satisfied, the property is great, it has privacy, a quiet place, everything is clean. Anyway, everything is great!!! I highly recommend it.
