Incredible stay! The house is beautiful, the living room and terrace have a great view, the pool downstairs with the seating area is super nice for large groups. Thais is very nice and communication was exemplary! I highly recommend Rozana's service for meal preparation and cleaning, it's a plus that makes all the difference!

Lenise's house is spectacular, comfortable, spacious, very nicely decorated and equipped. It has lots of light and incredible views.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

It was an amazing stay! The house is spectacular, with all the amenities described in the listing. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the beds are comfortable, the outdoor area is very pleasant. Ana was an excellent host, always serving and responding to us. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Exceptional! House with large, clean rooms and very tasteful decoration. Quiet condominium with a breathtaking view and quick, walking access to Geriba Beach. Giuliana and Daniela are extremely kind. Edna, the helper and cook, is the heart and soul of the house. It was very worthwhile and we already want to go back!

Our vacation was excellent, the house is wonderful. We went in a group of family and friends (7 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and peaceful, the children played in the street quietly. The house is fully equipped with kitchen items, bed linens, bath, airy, clean, organized, spacious and very tasteful. It has TV, Netflix, swimming pool in front of the barbecue area. The rooms have air-conditioning and great showers. One en-suite is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. And it has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The garage fits 4 cars, but you can park on the street without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, respond quickly and made several recommendations and answered all our questions. We were referred to a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), she cooks very well, in addition to being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, I highly recommend it and hope to return.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Beautiful house with a wonderful view

My family and I spent 6 very pleasant days in the house, which corresponded faithfully to the photos. Everything very well cared for and preserved in the house, the reception upon arrival, anyway... Priscilla and Sérgio are excellent hosts and we hope to return in the future.

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful, quiet place with a surreal view. The house was spotless and with countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back more often!

Christian was very helpful even though he was traveling, communication was great and he helped us whenever necessary.

The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

The host was very polite, attentive and helpful at all times, making us feel very welcome. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely return!

Patricia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived very late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours for checkout to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!
