Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cabo Frio

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The stay was excellent! The location of the property is great, close to everything and very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and clear from start to finish. Renata, who was responsible for check-in, was extremely attentive, polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The house is great, with an impeccable structure and equipped with everything we need. The reception was welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. I recommend and would definitely return!

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

There were 9 of us and the house suited us perfectly. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are very good, the kitchen has two powerful refrigerators, and there is a very spacious outdoor area. The house is very close to Praia do Foguete, you can walk there easily. I had never stayed on this beach and I really liked it, because it is quieter and very beautiful, being halfway to the beach of Forte and Arraial. The house was clean. About Thiago, he was very helpful and always responded to us quickly. Constructive criticism: the Jacuzzi takes too long to heat up and the circuit breaker key can't handle it, we just turned on the Jacuzzi and the shower and it fell. Another thing is that not all rooms/bathrooms have mirrors, which can be a problem, especially for women. In conclusion, the house is great, even for several people, and the host is helpful and reliable. I highly recommend it.

My stay was 10/10. Extremely cozy and modern house, very comfortable bed and pillows and the whirlpool is the highlight of the house. The host was super helpful, she went out of her way to help us. I will definitely return again!!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

What a beautiful and magical place! I've never seen anything so beautiful. Because we were at Pontal do Atalaia, we had some trouble with food, so my tip is to go up with water and things from the market. Access there is difficult, but we ordered iFood and it arrived, but for breakfast the first day we had nothing and the second day we were able to buy! So, you'll be prepared. But nothing that would take away the charm and beauty of the place, a perfect stay, I would come back a thousand times!!!

Staying with Yago and Vanilda was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had! The place is charming, the view stunning and the cottage super cozy — everything contributed to making our stay simply wonderful. We had only a minor setback with the bathroom gas, which had run out. But as soon as I informed her, Vanilda was extremely attentive and offered to resolve it quickly and kindly. These are situations that can happen and, when well handled as this one was, they only reinforce the care of the hosts. Other than that, absolutely nothing to complain about — just to thank you! Vanilda's attention and kindness made all the difference. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything! ❤️

Wonderful experience! The cottage is beautiful, very well maintained, comfortable and cozy. Everything is brand new, with great taste in the decoration and all the necessary items for a perfect stay. A special place that exudes peace and provides incredible moments. We definitely want to go back and we recommend with our eyes closed!
