Well-equipped apartment, very close to Praia do Forte (near the Malibu hotel). The room with single beds was a little smaller than expected, but it did not compromise the accommodation or the trip. Ana was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary guidance, in addition to providing us with flexible check-in and check-out. We look forward to returning soon!

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, with a location and view that need no comment, in addition to the “private” beach. Eurides was attentive at all times. Worth experience!

We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. The place is in the city center, so there are many restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. The main beach is also close. The apartment is big. It has 3 toilets and 2 ACs. The kitchen has all the basic things for cooking.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which made our tours and meals much easier. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. Our stay was great, I would come back again! Very attentive host. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for the period.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Fabio is an excellent host, always willing to listen and help us. The place is perfect, close to everything! We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything except the market. We just miss having bedding included in the price (you can pay separately) and dishcloth and floor cloth. But nothing that can't be taken from home. We'll be back for sure!
