Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cabo Frio

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, conveniently located, very well equipped and best of all, it was impeccable. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the apartment is conveniently located for access to boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos, there were 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside the apartment, a super spacious living room, a large terrace with its own pool, a covered grill room, a covered laundry room, a very spacious kitchen, and an incredible view of the port where all the excursions leave from Praia Dos Anjos, everything was impeccable...

Leonardo's apartment was an excellent find, the apartment is very cozy, inside a very top condominium, (restaurant, fitness center, game room, etc. But certainly the area I liked the most was the lake, the sunset deserves to be paid a fee apart haha

New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

The apartment is wonderful! Beautiful, well equipped and has almost everything. The location faces Praia dos Anjos, which makes it much easier to get to other islands.

The apartment was very cozy, as described, it was clean and tidy. The condominium has a swimming pool, a great leisure area for children, my son loved it. And the lagoon in front is beautiful, with hammocks to relax in the water. The location is good, it takes 10 minutes by car to downtown Arraial do Cabo. For sure I will return more often.

Wilder's house is located on an excellent street, with a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to Peró beach and beach of the shells. The beach of the Japanese Island is also nearby and take you by car. The region has excellent spots to explore. We returned to stay at his place for sure.

Denise, you were a wonderful host. From the first contact on the reservation, she was always attentive and always explaining everything. The place is wonderful for those who want to take a few quiet days, close to the best beaches of Cabo Frio. The house has everything you need to spend your days of rest, full furniture, great beds for a good sleep, and the pool doesn't even speak wonderful for having fun and sunbathing. I was Erika's first guest on Airbnb. I recommend it to everyone! Excellent host, make us feel at home. The house is great, air-conditioning in all the rooms, a well clean pool with hydromassage, several items from the house that brings comfort to the lodging days.

The kitnet is simple, but very clean and organized. Host Ronaldo is very attentive and helpful. Some kitchen utensils were missing, but he promptly provided them for us. I'll just make one observation, for those who prefer to cook at home, the stove needs maintenance! In addition, the stay was very good, the kitnet is in a quiet, safe and family neighborhood, close to markets and bakeries, close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. Cost-benefit is very worthwhile, we will definitely be back! Thank you Ronaldo for providing us with happy days, without any inconvenience! 🙏🏼

Simply home impeccable, all very clean and organized, the host always available to us to assist and giving tips about the region, excellent outdoor area. Great for kids. A breathtaking view. I recommend to anyone who wants a quiet place, privacy and comfort, as well as being close to super calm beaches.

We had a wonderful experience! We travel with our baby and feel safe in the condo. The place is also very good for those who will go with the elderly. It's all exactly like in the pictures — very clean, organized and cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Thiago and his wife, the hosts, were extremely attentive, always available, polite and helpful, which made our stay even more special. Without a doubt, I would and recommend it again.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, a very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the freezer with a lot of ice and the pots and pans needed to be washed a little better, as they were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to leave us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
